My experience with this real estate company was extremely disappointing. José Luis Senior in Strand Properties Instead of offering guidance, alternatives, or any professional solutions, I was met with dismissive responses and a lack of customer service. In real estate, clients expect honesty, support, and at least some effort to provide options – but here, none of that was delivered. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a more professional and client-focused agency. I completely regret contacting them.

Michelle is an amazing professional who guided me from the very start of the journey to the very end. I felt as if I was her family member. She took care of every detail and I am extremely happy with her service.

Finding my ideal apartment was not easy. My somewhat limited budget and my dream of living by the sea made it rather difficult. However, with Katariina Salmelin’ s help, who accompanied me throughout the entire process with exemplary professionalism, my dream came true. I felt her support from the very beginning of the search right through all the negotiation, to the happy ending, the signing of the title deed. We were very well assisted by Sorin Mailat. He was energetic, knowledgeable and willing to do his job at all times. Excellent estate agent: highly recommended!

If you want to buy this can be good but if you want to sell be very careful. First a very handsome person is pulling the seller into a contract and after that they only want to achieve quick selling so the seller has to pay them a huge commission but they are on the site of the buyer to get the best deal for them and not for the seller, being their customer. If I had let them do what they wanted it should have cost me 125.000 euro. Also they are doing everything to not let get the seller and buyer to be in contact. Also i felt like a sort of criminal the way they treated me because they double checked everything in detail if I was not trustworthy. Besides that they are not doing fair business ignoring facts from the past and if you try to settle things they immediately start making accusements and threatening with laywers. In one sentence "a very bad experience which costed me money eventhough i seemed to be the customer". Out of privacy reasons i did not use names but be aware!

We very recently purchased a property through Strand . The agent was Sarah who was extremely friendly and helpful and professional. We didn’t hesitate recommending Sarah to two sets of friends of ours who also wanted properties and both shared the same opinion as ourselves

Although we cannot generalize about the entire company based on my review, we have had an absolutely awful experience with them. Sara was the agent we spoke with and dealt with. Really dishonest person who lacks a work ethic. Additionally, she misguided the client and made up an excuse to avoid returning their money. I wouldn't advise anyone to work with this particular agent or even this business.

The professionalism and knowledge of Cristina and Strand Properties made selling our property easy. We are delighted with their service and look forward to working with Cristina again soon.

Encantados con el trabajo de Jorge y Manuel, los mejores sin duda.. después de probar con muchas inmobiliarias, no podemos estar más agradecidos..por su esfuerzo y constancia. Han sido atentos al 100%, pudimos cumplir nuestro sueño de vender y comprar... eternamente agradecidos. Porque nadie ha trabajado tanto como ellos . Mil gracias chicos.

Very disappointed with Strand Malaga.. they came to photograph our villa in sotogrande with a photographer and so called stylist.. they literally stripped our villa to the point of unrecognisable.. if you look at their pictures the same Zara home tired props are used repeatedly!! We requested a second visit from their photographer to re-shoot the villa.. they did this then proceeded to post the first lot of pictures, not one of the photos from the second shoot were used.. Absolute arrogance personified..needless to say we are not listing with a company that totally ignores their clients wishes and opinions..

Wir wurden von Ana und Sorin sehr gut betreut. Die perfekten Begleiter bei unserer Suche nach einem Haus. Beide sprechen gut Deutsch und sind sehr sympathisch. Unsere Wünsche wurden umgesetzt und wir bekamen passende Angebote bis wir unser Traumhaus gefunden hatten.
