Middels deze review willen we Bernard & Lennart toch echt even het podium geven voor de fantastische support die we hebben gekregen om tot een sleutelklaar huis te komen aan de Costa Blanca. Vanaf het eerste moment van bezichtiging tot aankoop groeide ons vertrouwen in hen. Mede door de accuraatheid, het proactief meedenken, tot oplossingsgericht en vooral ideeën uitwerken , gaven ons het laatste zetje om er ook nog eens een complete verbouwing aan hen uit te besteden. Ondanks er niet “ ter plekke “ te zijn .. werden we compleet ontzorgt door Bernard die zijn rol als “ verbinder “ met verve vervulde, begeleide het gehele traject van A tot Z. Afspraken en deadlines werden keurig nagekomen en we werden continue op de hoogte gehouden van de vorderingen en alle besluiten omtrent de verbouwing. De communicatie hierin was transparant, fair en meer dan prettig. Een woord van dank aan Bernard en Lennart hiervoor en bij deze dan ook van harte aanbevolen aan hen die ook een aanschaf overwegen.

We had the most wonderful service from Bernard who went over and above every step of the way. He was patient, honest and no hard sell. We had a few complications as we bought from overseas and without Bernards help I don't think we would have got our purchase over the finish line! Absolutely recommended.

Zeer goed en deskundig geholpen. Wij hebben vorige maand een appartement gekocht in Javea en zijn hierbij bijgestaan door Bernard en Lennart van Deseo homes. Wat een fijne samenwerking met deze twee heren. Bernard heeft ons rondgeleid in de omgeving en veel verschillende appartementen laten zien die aansloten bij onze wensen. Heel fijn om geholpen te worden door mensen die wegwijs weten in Spanje en helpen met zowel logistiek als administratief advies. Zij weten welke wegen je moet bewandelen. Lennart heeft bij verschillende appartementen meegedacht over de indeling en eventuele bouwtechnische aanpassingen die gedaan kunnen worden om er ons droomappartement van te maken. Ben je op zoek naar een appartement of huis en je wilt volledige en eerlijke begeleiding/sparringpartners, dan ben je hier aan het goede adres.

An amazing experience with Deseo Homes! Our journey with Deseo Homes began in April 2024 when Bernard reached out after we made a general enquiry about properties in Javea. From the very first contact, Bernard stood out for his professionalism, friendliness, and honest approach, without ever being pushy. He quickly understood our requirements and guided us in the right direction. Although we initially had doubts about a particular property, Bernard encouraged us to view it in person. Thanks to his insights and support, we saw the potential in the house and were able to purchase it at a great price, leaving room in our budget for renovations. His language skills and professional manner made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He also provided invaluable support during the notary appointment. In the months that followed, Deseo Homes went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us find an English-speaking solicitor, reliable builders, and even recommended suppliers for furniture, kitchens, and solar panels. Their local knowledge and experience with property renovations in Javea were absolutely invaluable, especially as we were based in the UK for most of the renovation period. They kept us updated with weekly video progress reports and were always available to answer our many questions. Now, seven months later, our home is fully renovated and ready to move into. Thanks to Deseo Homes, the entire process has been a thoroughly enjoyable and stress-free experience. Bernard and Lennart have gone above and beyond, and we now consider them friends.
