Adam and Louis gave us a great deal of help and information before we settled on our apartment on Alhaurin Golf so that we were familiar with the layout and facilities of the whole urbanisation. They then guided us through all the complexities of the buying process and supported us every step of the way. But it didn't stop with the final notary visit. Even after we had moved in Adam kept in touch and gave us help and advice when we found potential problems. A very professional team and highly recommended if you want to purchase somewhere in the Alhaurin area.

They are transparent with their terms and conditions from the very beginning, with no surprises, and they advise and counsel you to make the sale a success. I must add that their terms and conditions are significantly cheaper than most real estate agencies. They are very selective when selecting potential buyers and don't overwhelm us with countless visits that ultimately only waste time and effort. Their staff is professional and qualified and knows the area perfectly. They managed to sell our house in record time and at the price we initially agreed upon. Highly recommended.

Horrible service, never in my life have I met such a rude real estate agent. Zero professionality. Definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

I rarely write reviews. Everything is 'amazing' or 'wonderful' these days and that blurs the lines between what is outstanding and what is simply the norm, or just average, to the point that one rarely bothers to read them any more. However, our recent experience with this company has compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Adam and his team provided us across an extended period. From the initial viewings to the advice we received on getting our legal work progressing ready for a quick purchase, the service was outstanding, and ranged from 'must-do' tasks to 'suggestions', realistic timescales and helpful recommendations. Adam is experienced and efficient and it pays off. The entire team are polite and professional. If anyone thinks that the work of Estate Agents is done once you have agreed the sale then they are as mis-informed as I was. The real work starts after the sale has been agreed. For me, this is where Inmo Andalusia came into their own. Their after-sales progression management is second-to-none. They worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the purchase from simply reassuring us to helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain to pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. They were readily available whenever we needed information and always delivered in a professional friendly manner. I now know that I would not use anyone else. We are imminently completing on the sale and are delighted with the service we received .

In juni hebben wij een huis gekocht via inma andaluz. De begeleiding van Sue valt verder niets op aan te merken, behalve dat bij de laatste bezichtiging van het huis op de dag van de verkoop zowel Sue als Paul niet aanwezig waren. De kennis van het huis die Paul bezat was ook maar pover, hij moest heel veel aan de eigenaar vragen. Maar het echtste is dat na een maand van aankoop het huis begon te scheuren. Experts hebben ons bevestigd dat deze scheuren er al waren maar op een zeer professionele manier verborgen waren. Zelfs zij zouden het waarschijnlijk niet opgemerkt hebben. Dergelijke scheuren kunnen niet zijn ontstaan zonder dat het inmo kantoor er niet van op de hoogte waren. Bovendien was alles heel recent nog bijgewerkt. Wij kunnen inmo andaluz dus dan ook echt niet als betrouwbaar aanraden

WOW I don't know how I would have managed without the help of Sue and Paul. They are so knowledgeable and the people they recommend are excellent. Their after sales service cannot be faulted and I would never buy through anyone else. If you are looking at houses in the area, you can chose which estate agent to use and I would not hesitate to use them again. Cannot thank them enough.
