When we engaged with Brennan and Andrew, we had quite a mission: How do we find a house, complete the purchase and be in time for the deadline of the expiring Golden Visa program. Unfortunately, Spain decided to keep changing the rules, so Brennan and Andrew pivoted to condos and townhouses since we didn't need such a large purchase. Of course, by January, Spain changed again, but this time giving a final deadline of April 3rd to apply for the Golden Visa. We then went back to our original plan of pursuing it. As with anything in Spain, the process was not easy, but in the end well worth the effort. They lined up attorneys and immigration experts to make all of this process come to fruition. We now have an amazing home in one of the best urbanizations in the area. Thank you for supporting us in this process. They definitely went well beyond what a realtor is required to do!

After supporting a beloved family member after her dealings with this company i definitely could not recomend them to anyone! A lot of false promises were made and after nearly 6 months the house sale did not even get close to completion, she suffered financially and also had to ensure a lot of stress! I will add this lady went above and beyond for the potential buyers endurring financial loss again. They started extremely well but beware because you really do not matter to them unless they are getting lots of money! How they can improve...... Communication needs improving hugely, making sure buyers are in the position to buy in the first place would definitely be helpful also!

We were more than happy with Brennan and Andrew's work and service selling our house. They have a very personal approach. They really have a good feeling for finding the buyer who suits the house. Which makes them efficient and effective. They have always been very honest and reliable. You can tell they have a hospitality background as they are focussed on creating satisfied customers. We first met Andrew and Brennan 4 years ago when we stayed at their amazing Boutique B&B Casa44 and have returned many times since. They are the most amazing, friendly, kind, professional people who go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and completely looked after. They have become firm friends but are more like family to us now. We have been considering retiring to Spain and having found the process in Spain very daunting, they have been so helpful. They have provided information, guidance and support with the process and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family alike.

Met with brennan and Andrew back in January and chatted about our criteria etc within few weeks they had found properties that matched exactly. They not only took in our criteria, but our personalities, lifestyle and future plans to create our profile, which no other agents really do. We returned in March to view said properties for them to tell us they had found another that would be perfect and it was. Viewed twice and agreed on my birthday! Although we have not completed yet due to some issues, these guys with our lawyer are going above and beyond to resolve these issues that were out of our control. They have worked tirelessly and have been wonderful. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and friendship

When I engaged Brennan and Andrew to sell my house it started very well. Unfortunately they accepted an offer from people who were not in a position to buy. Allowing these buyers time to raise the money lead to a further wait of three months and ended in failure. In total my almost six month experience with them was a disaster and cost me financially and emotionally. Their communication became non-existant. What we loved from the beginning is that they are truly interested in finding the right property for the right people. They will be honest when they don't know something or when they are missing information, but they will strive to find the answer for you; because they are the way they are, they are also able to direct you towards the right professionals such as Lawyers, Handymen, Mortgage Brokers etc etc, if needed. Our purchase was a complicated one to say the least, but they were both always available and willing to go the extra mile to find solutions. Brennan and Andrew provide a very different approach to estate agency in Spain. Whilst most agents boast hundreds of properties which they can access through websites, the reality is that they have visited very few of these. A&B select a few properties which they get to know very well and focus on selling these (albeit they can still access the Internet properties if the client wishes!). With interesting past experiences, they are able to provide valuable advice re possible remodelling and usage. Added to all of this, they are both very personable and through their friendship they learn the client's needs. It is a pleasure to work with them and we know they will continue to help us with our new property long after the transaction is completed. We have no hesitation in recommending A&B most highly.
