Vivanta Real Estate Group

Would not recommend to anybody very poor service. Viewed property wanted to go ahead, promised to call back and didn’t and ignored calls after. Very unprofessional and if they treat everyone like this, they won’t last long. If they don’t want to go ahead then just communicate, no problem But to promise to call back and then ignore calls is not how business should be done. 1 star is generous.

Nice guy.Help to find out nice home

Amazing fellas they been really quick to sell our property, and they helped us to find a new one so very glad 😊 recommend🥂

Great lads we have just arrived from Ireland and they've been very helpful to find us the right home and incredibly just taken 2 days for it so we recommend them 100%😀😀

Very nice personnel with experience who are willing to help at any time 😎😎💪🏼

Helped a lot. Thank you Nick

Excelente servicio. Mucha paciencia y explicaciones muy claras. En 3 días resolví mi búsqueda de departamento.

Great agency. Agents Nick and Amit were very helpful, nice and professional. We communicated on WhatsApp in English which is great for people who doesn’t speak Spanish. They did all the paperwork very fast and they were always available for our questions. I highly recommend this agency if you want great service.

We had a great experience, we arrived just a week ago from ireland looking for rental properties, and we found the perfect place in just 3 days , they've been very helpful and very jolly nature 😃Thank you guys.

Nick was of great help from start to finish, was able to secure and get an apartment within a few days, great service and they provide you with all the details you need, made me feel very secure and comfortable! I would 100% recommend

Thanks to Amit and Nick I was able to buy my apartment in Malaga. Both Amit and Nick were instrumental in getting me a viewing and helping me secure the apartment for a fair price. They even had the locks changed for me and arranged the alarm company. Really friendly and helpful they both replied straight away with advice and assistance. My lawyer in Malaga suggested them and I am very glad she did. Highly recommended.

Nick is very helpful and responsible guy. He help me finding a nice apartment. He's always approachable. I would highly recommend this agency!

Best real estate service in town! Nick is helping you with everything and he is very trustful - 5 stars from ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really friendly and helpful people, everything went ok with the apartment we rented, both when we signed the contract and when we had to break it due to moving abroad for some personal issues. Highly recommended agency. Thanks a lot.

I was able to find the flat and sign the agreement in 2 weeks. It was very fast and without any difficulties.

We used the services of this real estate agency and were very satisfied, we rented the flat, all went smooth, they helped negotiate with the owner and helped review the contract.

Great service and assistance.

From the moment we arrived in Spain, Nick and Amit from the real estate agency were nothing short of outstanding. We had been in contact with them via WhatsApp for about a month before our arrival. Not only are both gentlemen incredibly personable and speak excellent English, instantly putting us at ease, but they also translated everything for us, including the contract, from Spanish. Their dedication to finding the perfect home for us was evident from the start. In just few days, they managed to find and secure a stunning apartment for us, handling every detail, right down to handing over the keys. Their professionalism, combined with their genuine warmth and friendliness, made our relocation to Spain an absolute breeze. If you're looking for the very best in real estate, look no further. Thanks, Nick and Amit!

We were in a tight spot when we arrived in Malaga, but this real estate agency truly came to our rescue. Their human approach and professional conduct were remarkable. Despite it being the peak summer season when finding a place in Malaga is nearly impossible, they found us a home within just 3 days of our arrival. The agents, Amit and Nick, were not only incredibly professional but also very friendly. What really stood out was their ability to communicate perfectly in English. Since we were not good in Spanish, they translated everything for us, making the entire process much more comfortable. Their exceptional service turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth transition. Highly recommended!

Bought my first home in Spain thanks to the expert advice of Vivanta Group and their skilled agents, in particular Amit Sadhwani who followed the whole process for me. If I had the money I'd definitely buy again from them!! :)

Great service you can trust! Lovely people to deal with. Thanks for everything...

Thanks to Amit & Isabel for making it easy and pressure free to buy the house of our dreams. It’s been a pleasure and would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a property

Very kind and professional. Will trust them again and recommend to anyone

I was in a difficult situation being in a strange country and not knowing the language and needing a new apartment urgently. I started to send mass applications to real estate agencies and was contacted by Nick from Vivanta Real Estate, he was able to listen to and understand my situation and gave me several options to consider from which I chose the most suitable for me, and most importantly we were able to solve my housing problem in a very short time, thanks to the fact that Nick handled all questions as they arose working overtime. Many thanks to Nick and Vivanta Real Estate.

Great real estate agency, very helpful and very quick service. Would highly recommend, especially Nick for his help with getting us an apartment in Malaga city.

Very helpful in relocating, highly recommended! Responsive to my requirements.

Totalmente recomendable

Having collaborated several times with Vivanta Homes I can thoroughly recommend their expertise in the property market here in Spain. Professional, dedicated and well rounded company.

We had a great experience with Vivanta Real Estate. We had to move out of Spain on a short notice. We needed to lease our flat in torremolinos. Amit from Vivanta took care of everything for us after we left the country. He vetted the candidates and picked the most viable tenants for us. He personally helped us move the unwanted furnitures, found the right person to clean up the house and fix the air conditioner and etc. I feel very lucky that we chose Vivanta.

We used this company for the sale of our home and everything was made so stress-free! All of the paperwork was promptly dealt with and all of our doubts we resolved right away. I would highly recommend Vivanta Real Estate Group, the professionalism and client service is second to none. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the agency, they been very kind and fast with us, to find us a lovely property near the sea , we come over from the UK , to live in Spain.they all been a great with us.😊😊👍

The company works very quickly and transparently. The demonstration of housing was held in a very friendly manner, the company's managers are in contact with the client and provide support and guidance. I especially want to note the involvement of the company's managers in the client's issues. If necessary, you can ask questions even during non-working hours, which I especially liked. I recommend this agency.

Grandes profesionales .

Vivanta agency helped me to find an awesome apartment in Malaga for the reasonable price last year. They speak English and Spanish and work very fast, even on weekends and during siesta time. Great professionals, highly recommend!

We came all the way from Ireland, they have been very helpfull to find us a house , and in a week time we got the perfect house for our family 100% recommended. :))

Great Agency, we arrived a week ago in spain, and we have no language, but they helped us to find the right place and in less than a week, we love our flat, 100% recommended. 😃

Poco profesional y poca transparencia y sinceridad.

Gracias!
