Wij hebben ons Huis gekocht via Villa Plots althans gedeeltelijk, want hebben zelf het contact met deze makelaar verbroken. Ze beloven dat alles kan en alles mogelijk is. Via via horen wij dat Liam ons als “zeur klanten” bestempelt. Connie was onze makelaar. Erg jammer je koopt je “droom” en het is een gewoon amateuristische puinhoop. De bouwer past goed bij deze makelaar, slecht georganiseerd snel geld willen verdienen. En verder niets. Kortom zeer slechte ervaring met deze partij(en). Bart en Elena !!! Gata de Gorgos !!! @Liam dan zou je toch nog eens op bezoek moeten komen we hebben contact met alle buren en zelfs de vereniging van eigenaren geeft aan dat het een puinhoop is. Zou je willen bekritiseren dat mijn uitspraken niet kloppen. Je hebt al meer dan een jaar mijn gegevens en hebt nooit een gesprek met ons gezocht terwijl je weet wat eraan de hand is. Geniet van deze Costa Blanca Hype, er komen ook andere tijden… En als alles toch zo door iedereen naar tevredenheid verlopen is waarom reageert dan Pilar niet meer op de problemen die er zijn ? De waslijst is zo groot dat ze alles weg schuiven. Liften die niet werken, aircos die niet goed zijn. Waterafvoer systemen die niet werken. Stucwerk dat los laat, zwembaden die niet goed zijn geïnstalleerd en lekkage vormen. Wij zijn 2 weken op “vakantie” en al 2 weken alleen maar bezig om de problemen opgelost te krijgen. En nee daar contacteren wij de bouwer al lang niet meer voor. Mensen zullen vanzelf de ervaring wel met jullie opdoen, daarna begrijpen ze onze Review heel goed!

We have bought and paid almost all of a villa and a plot with Villas-Plots (Liam) and while it looked beautiful and exciting, and was supposed to be finished by mid march this year. This project has proven to be horribly managed and we are now having a house which is finished at 60% and we have paid 90% and we don't know if it will ever be finished as nobody replies, not the "project manager - Liam", nor the builder, only empty promises and no delivery. I suggest you stay away or you get equipped with an aggressive lawyer and do not trust a word that is said without checking ! So much worry for us and big financial exposure without counting the sleepless nights and the feeling of being powerless !

Die Immobilienfirma Villa Plots hat mit gut geschulten MitarbeiterInnen, insbesondere Conny, unser Haus verkauft, welches sich in der höheren Preisklasse befand. Die ganze Vermarktung wurde nicht nur mittels ansprechenden Fotos im Internet, sondern auch in hochwertigen Magazinen publiziert. Die Besichtigungen der Interessenten wurde vom Team hervorragend und professionell durchgeführt. Die Verkaufsdokumente waren sehr informativ und mit grossem Engagement vorbereitet. Die Vermittlung und die notwendigen Verträge haben die Mitarbeiter der Firma Villaplots sehr gut und effizient zwischen Verkäufer und Käufer koordiniert und alles exzellent bewerkstelligt. Der Termin beim Notar wurde sehr gut vorbereitet und der Ablauf der Vertragsunterzeichnung wurde uns vorgängig erklärt. Die Kündigungen für Strom-, Gas-, Wasserverträgen usw. hat Villas-Plots erledigt, sodass wir uns auch für diesen administrativen Aufwand nicht bemühen mussten. Als Verkäufer können wir die Immobilien- Firma Villaplots und insbesondere Conny, die für uns zuständig und jederzeit erreichbar war, bestens weiterempfehlen, wir haben in jeder Hinsicht beste Erfahrungen gemacht.

Could not of asked for a better service from first contact until months after purchasing our dream villa. Liam & his team have always been professional, helpful & damn good! Excellent and very professional realtor service. To find a villa that was right for me, Liam and I must have looked at 40 to 50 different homes. He always made time for this protracted search.
