We bought our dream in Javea/Xabia with thanks to Mitra. She bent backwards to help us find our ideal penthouse apartment with sea views within days. On Thursday we were enjoying market day in the pueblo and by chance dropped in to Key 2 Properties where we met Mitra. We had 3 days to find a home in Spain or not. We visited 5 Villas/apartments Mitra arranged second viewings and over the weekend too. We felt she really understood our needs and what we were looking for in a second home and potentially full time home in years to come. She was available whenever we needed her and met us in her day off on the Sunday to discuss any concerns. She explained the selling process in Spain and put us in touch with a lawyer who was also fantastic! She really went above and beyond. We are eternally thankful and will keep in touch. She even hangs out with my mother now who lives in Spain part time. If in doubt, don’t be. Mitra and her team are truly fantastic, Honest and genuine.

Key2Properties was super responsive, flexible and supportive as I looked for the right place in the area for a long term rental investment property. They had creative ideas when I hit blocks to the NIE number, and consistently remain excellent communicators as we finalize and manage the property together, but me from afar. I couldn't have asked for more professional partners!

Cuidado con esta agencia, alquilaron nuestra casa para 8 meses. Cobraron de comisión un mes al cliente y otro mes al propietario. Esto no habría problema si se acordara previamente pero nunca se nos comunico, nunca se firmo nada, te lo dicen cuando ellos han cobrado por parte del cliente y cuando el cliente ya esta dentro de tu casa. Si vais a alquilar vuestra casa con ellos dejar este tema muy atado desde el principio para que no os la cuelen como a nosotros.

Mi negocio lleva más de 17 años funcionando con éxito, basándonos exclusivamente en nuestra honestidad e integridad, y yo le he conocido a usted durante más de cuatro años anunciando su propiedad en nuestro sitio web y en todos los demás portales, por lo que lamento mucho que se sienta tan traicionado por nosotros, a pesar de habernos permitido anunciar su casa con nosotros.
