I rented with VillaMia after contacting a number of agents in Javea and Denia. I found that finding a good agent in Spain is very difficult as the sector seems to be quite unregulated HOWEVER when I found this company I knew they were a professional outfit. Michelle and the team were very honest and helpful about each of the properties and answered all my questions. The contract was clear and concise and was also translated into English. They showed me around the houses and helped me understand how to use all the features. They were very helpful and friendly throughout my contract helping both me and the owner with any problems.At the end of the contract they checked everything and arranged for my deposit to be returned.They were always available to help with any questions and even guided me in buying bed linen and where to eat etc. All in all VillaMia are very professional, friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend to both tenants and owners.
