It was an easy choice for us to appoint Excellence to market and sell our property in Javea. We have had dealings with Mar and Steve for a number of years and have been extremely fortunate to benefit from their knowledge in guiding us through a number of property related matters and indeed consider them to be good friends, such is the level of their focus on customer service. The decision to sell our precious home from home in Javea was a difficult and emotional choice to make. We had 20 years of happy times spent with family and friends, none the less we knew the time had come and from the moment Excellence took the reins and guided the process forward we knew that they would make every effort to not only deliver the result we were hoping for but do so with as little stress and worry for my wife and I along the way. At no point did we have any doubts that they were extremely focused both in finding buyers that would relate to the experience we enjoyed whilst owning the property and love it as much as we did. We were soon presented with an offer and a buyer that met every criteria and the deal was done. Xvcellence remained most attentive all the way through to completion and provided valuable input in dealing with a variety of hurdles having to be overcome as is the case in all property transactions. As we remained in the UK in the latter stages of the conveyance, we had absolute peace of mind that any potential bump in the road would be taken care of.
