Wanda was the agent who presented us the house that would eventually become our family home. She was very professional and answered al of our questions. If she wasn't sure about something, she would first contact her collegues so she could give the accurate information. At no point, I felt pressured as a client, which sometimes can happen when buying a house. She was also a good mediator between us, the buyers, and the vendor. Everything was clear! Having been involved with several other agents over a period of 3 years with no results. New Life were on it and professional from the start. We had more viewings in just six months than in the previous thirty months put together. Cannot recommend them strongly enough.

As buyers of a house that was listed by New Life Property Spain, we are extremely happy with the services provided by them! When we contacted them for a viewing, they responded immediately, resulting in a viewing less than an hour later! They were very honest in informing us that they acted on behalf of the sellers. Which is logical, but still gave us a lot of confidence. We had all the time to see what we needed to see and to ask the questions we wanted to ask. They advised us a lawyer to act on behalf of us, and to have an architect to check the condition of the house. During and after the sale they were constantly informing us about the status, answering our questions really fast, and giving us a lot of valuable tips. Buying a house in Spain can be a bit complex if you are not used to it. Thanks to NLPS we didn't have to worry about anything and the house was ours much sooner and easier than we expected. Is this business as usual for every estate agent? From our own experience we know it's not. And certainly not now everybody seems to be looking for a wonderful place in Spain. We think this is not only what you want as a buyer, it's also what you want as a seller. These are not 'slick' hit-and-run sales people. These are trustworthy real estate professionals!

Voor Nederlanders niet te doen ! For foreigners a disaster ! They want to spreak you and you have to come ! But bad pictures and no floorplan ! So Why travel to Spain with no full info ! You ask for info and you get none ! And that for a New building ! Privacy ???

I was looking for a new property in Javea after selling mine & contacted New Life Property. Compared to other agents I had previously used they were very proactive sending me lots of suitable properties & providing regular updates. Colby devoted lots of his time driving me from house to house over several days and then helped with the negotiation once we had found our dream property.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Colby and Kevin at New Life Property because they made what we thought would be a massive stress of buying of buying our dream home in Spain a complete doddle. We bought our property in Moraira through New Life and Colby couldn’t have made it easier for us, it was more than obvious to see he had extensive knowledge of the area and helped us with the apt purchase. I went in-search for my second property in Denia in November 2018, already owning an apartment in Denia for the last 16 years so I knew the area very well. I contacted Colby at New Life Properties and set him a task to look out some villas. After a couple of weeks between myself and Colby we had put together a list of properties to look at. Day one was spent going over a lot of the properties at the top of the list. I was quite specific about what I wanted (sea and/or mountain view); it turned out more difficult than I imagined. Not phased, Colby got back to work that night and came up with more options for the next day. I’m happy to report that Coby came through, with a property that was everything I was looking for. After some negotiations, I managed to get the property within my budget. I have no hesitation on recommending New Life Properties. They also introduced me to Jim, a mortgage broker who fixed me up with a great rate mortgage too. Colby also had some local contacts for me, to help with any upgrading needed to make the property more my own style. I have also entrusted New Life Properties with selling my beloved apartment in Denia. The whole process was a one-stop-shop for me and most of it was dealt with by Colby whilst I was in the UK. I think it’s important to have a company you can trust with such an important purchase.
