It is important for an agent to take the time to understand what you are looking for and that is what the team at Villalux did. They also gave great advice on the best areas and the pitfalls when it comes to buying a property. I felt they wanted to do their best for me and not just make a sale. Max at villa Lux is so refreshing , he’s so not like a real estate agent. He’s honest, not pushy, listens and follows up when he says he will. By far the best presentation of our Villa. The walk through combined with the drone footage gave buyers a complete representation of what was on offer. Communications thereafter have been frequent and provide us with updates on viewings and interest.

Max was the seller's real estate agent and went over and beyond in order to complete a quick sale as this was our third attempt to buy a winter residence. Had a great service from Villalux, was looking for a rental and they managed to find me a house very quickly which was perfect. Professional and would highly recommend.

I can not speak highly enough of Villalux, we initially purchased our first apartment through them and dealt with Danny, he made the process very easy, he helped us with finding our beautiful apartment, setting up a bank account, acquiring our NIE number and also attending the Notary with us to sign contracts and pick up the keys, the service and attention to details was amazing, he made the whole process trouble free. We have since sold our apartment with the help of Andy and again the service was fantastic, the sale went through without a hitch, from putting it on the market to the final meeting at the Notary took less than three months. We are now looking for our second apartment with help from Max, whoever we deal with at Villalux the service has been faultless from the receptionist answering the phones to the final contract signing at the Notary. I cannot speak highly enough of this estate agent and all the staff and would highly recommend them to make your dream of owning a home in the sun a reality. Thank you.

Outstanding service and commitment to us through the whole process. Our move to Spain from the USA was complicated to say the least. Two main requirements you want from an estate agent - timely clear communication and bringing in the right buyers. Villalux - tick,tick!! We literally signed yesterday and every step of the way was handled extremely competently by Max and his team. We also had a buyer within a month - granted that we had reformed our house to stand out in a pretty old and dilapidated housing stock, but nonetheless the way Villalux marketed and dealt with buyers certainly played a massive part in selling so quickly. We checked out a few other estate agents and felt that they were more interested in working for the buyer to churn commission. Villalux had a more balanced approach and took very good care of both the seller and buyer throughout the process! I will definitely recommend Villalux in the future and have already done so.
