Paradise Real Estate

The owner is dangerous. Careful.

"I Can't Believe It! I Still Don't Believe It..." I stumbled upon this incredible estate agent in Javea through a friend's recommendation when I was contemplating selling one of my properties in Spain. From the very beginning, they were not just friendly and knowledgeable but incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. What blew my mind was that they didn't accept a single cent of payment for their services! I'm still in disbelief. These guys went above and beyond, guiding me seamlessly through the complexities of the selling process. Their expertise and dedication made a potentially stressful experience surprisingly smooth. I feel like I owe them a debt of gratitude, and the least I can do is write this glowing five-star review. If you're in Javea and need a trustworthy and client-focused estate agent, look no further. These professionals redefine excellence in their field, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for everything!

A big thank you to the team at paradise. Patrick,Giuseppe and Tatsiana were all involved in the sale of my property and got me a great deal. Even though the sale was difficult at times the team kept me up to date and most of all reassured me that the sale would go through and everything would be fine, All the best guys and thank you.

I cannot recommend Giuseppe highly enough; he goes over and above what is expected from an estate agent; absolutely nothing is too much for him. I enjoyed viewing properties with him and trusted him implicitly regarding advice on potential properties.

Great agency, a very professional and dedicated team, Giuseppe, Pat and Tatsiana worked so hard for us and I would totally recommend them to everyone,10 out of 10 from me

100% recomendable!

Never respond

The paradise real estate agent is works very professionally. It helped me a lot in buying an apartment. I am a Hungarian citizen and I received a lot of help in handling various matters. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate

I cannot praise these guys enough. They provided a superb service throughout. They guided us through the whole process with consummate ease. Within 3 days we had found and agreed to purchase our ideal property. They accompanied us to the notary to help us obtain our NEI numbers and get the contract started. Once again thank you Nico, Demitri, Patrick and Zaira

Transparent, professional and extremely helpful agents to deal with. Nicolas (Nico) was extremely helpful and patient. Having spoken to a number of real estate agents it was refreshing to deal with one without feeling like you’re being put under pressure. The whole process was much more straightforward than I expected (due to Nico and his colleagues) and we were able to complete within the timeframe we wanted.

I have used Paradise Real Estate for several years now for both the purchasing and sale of property. I have dealt with Nico for the most part and have been impressed with his professionalism and his attention to detail. He knows the market and is well placed to give advice on price and marketing strategies. I cannot recommend Paradise and in particular Nico highly enough.

Nico was fabulous in helping us find our perfect holiday home!!

We visited a number of agents before we decided to appoint Nico and team at Paradise. Despite us knowing little of the area he listened, advised where and where not we should view and exibited amazing patience . We now have a delightful property. All down to Nico and the team. His after sales advice on solicitors and money transfer company was first class. They are still there for us to help with any problems. Excellent!

Excellent service, smooth transaction. Nicolas Laube Answered all questions and concerns. Five stars 👍

Hello Nico, Thank you very much for your support and advice. For us it was the first real estate purchase in Spain and therefore of course particularly exciting, since the customs and security mechanisms to carry out a step by step transaction are quite different than in Germany. I just remember reservation fees, bank cheques and high advance payments. ;-) This costs a bit of effort and a trust advance, but you gave us a good feeling and guided us well through it. We also had the impression that you understood our needs and requirements well and were able to make good suggestions. We thank you very much for that. After the notary appointment, we are more convinced than ever that we have done everything right with that house. Margarete & Kai

This has to be the best Property Agent in Javea! They helped us find the right property in the perfect location. Great Staff, great service and very knowledgable. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff and service, thanks particularly to Zaira.

Parlano benissimo l'Italiano, lavorano efficientemente on line.
