Inmobiliaria Cala Blanca

Friendly, helpful staff.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We rented a property from them for 10 months and it was terrible: - We had to pay the rent in advance in one lump sum + the deposit + final cleaning - A large amount of our deposit was withheld for the most ridiculous reasons. For example, we paid for the final cleaning in advance, but we were charged afterwards for washing the windows and cleaning the oven. We were also charged EUR 200 for grass seeds because we allegedly damaged the lawn. It's just laughable. - The house was full of mould and nothing was done about it. - People were sent to our house on a large scale: handymen, gardeners, viewings, the owner who came by, etc. We had zero privacy in the house. The gardeners came unannounced and did not respect your privacy. - The owners kept bothering us through Cala Blanca with all kinds of issues. Whether we put the covers on the garden cushions, whether the water pump was on, whether we brought the cushions inside when it rained. Zero privacy. Big brother is watching you. By the way: Angela was a really nice person, but she left the company!!! All in all, a very bad experience with this party. The house we rented was called ‘Montealegre’. Please feel free to contact me

I rented an apartment through them and had no problems. Everything was ok.

Correct and friendly people, who arrange an appointment and everything around renting a house professionally. The contacts are through WhatsApp, very direct with a quick reaction, always! Good team👌.

Dear Angela, You have always been attentive, kind & polite. You provided us find the perfect rental in the excellent locations already twice. Thank you for being such a wonderful property manager & professional that one rarely has a chance to deal with. Wishing you all the best! Jukka & Pirjo

Geholpen door Angela, ze is vriendelijk, erg behulpzaam en haar is niets teveel. Ook buiten kantooruren staat ze altijd klaar. Top medewerkster.

Dear Angela, You were kind & polite from our first email exchange. You helped us find the perfect rental in the excellent location. You have taken action whenever anything needs addressed and always deliver. Thank you for being a top notch property manager & professional rental agent. Wishing you success on your new phase of life! Sincerely Joni & Jim Crines

Super efficient service from Angela, as soon as we had a query it was answered. We had our NIE's within 24 working hours of asking if she could make an appointment for them! We felt very confident that whatever we needed, questions about our rental villa, details of the area etc, whatever it was, she responded quickly. 5*'s!

Dear Angela, thank you for the pleasant cooperation in recent years. The service is great and very nice. Hope to enjoy this fine company for many years to come. Kind regards, Hans.

Fantastic from start to finish. I have worked with Inmobiliaria Cala Blanca for both a winter rental properly & for assistance in getting my NIE number. Angela provided an excellent & professional service & I look forward to working together in the future. Thank you, Angela! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
