We would recommend Rimontgo to anyone selling a house. They provide a very complete service and made the whole process as easy as possible. All the staff were very helpful and professional with a special mention to Alicia who was always sympathetic to our requirements .

We had the good fortune of working with Alicia for the sale of our house. She is punctual, communicates very well throughout the process (in English and Spanish) and is prepared. Our property was partially in a nature reservation area, which caused a lot of extra work with other parties, like notaries and architects. Alicia was fantastic in her help with communication and verification. We could not have done this without her. It was a pleasure working with her and would hire her again. Highly recommended.

Team Rimontgo, Met veel plezier denken wij terug aan de koop van ons huidige huis, begin 2022! Een beter adviesteam konden wij ons niet wensen; de bezoeken aan het huis, de voorbereiding met alle papieren in de Spaans, de begeleiding naar de notaris. Gewoon TOP! Als klant sta je bij Rimontgo op de 1e plaats. En daar blijft het niet bij! Ze blijven zich voor ons inzetten; controle of de wijziging van naam/rekening daadwerkelijk door alle instanties is doorgevoerd. Onlangs was bij ons in de straat het riool verstopt. Toen we binnenliepen met de vraag waar we dit moesten melden, hebben zij dat voor ons gedaan. Service! Wie je ook spreekt, ze zijn deskundig, super vriendelijk, denken in oplossingen en komen hun afspraken na. Kortom, een team dat ons als klant perfect heeft geholpen en nog steeds helpt! We spent a nice time visiting houses inJavea with Ritmongo'Agency. Alicia was very available and very close to our expectations... we have been visiting around 10 houses and we finally found our house...close to some friends of us... Which was unexpected.. we deeply recommand this famous agency in Javea.

Customer-unfriendly and arrogant! Came from Switzerland for 3 days and wanted to visit 2 houses of this real estate agency. They didn't want to show us the houses at any price! Absolute impudence!

Soy una compradora joven y no tengo tengo necesariamente el conocimiento sobre todo el papeleo que se necesita hacer en al compra-venta de un piso. Rimontgo, en particular Ma del Mar fue super útil y facilitó todo lo necesaria, se encargará de todo mientras yo esta en el Reino Unido donde resido, la comunicación con los vendedores y todo detalle de la compraventa.
