Katalin Bene is the driving force behind Molino Villas, blending warmth and dedication with an authentic approach to real estate. Born in Hungary and having found her home on the Costa Blanca, she deeply understands the importance of following your heart. With personal attention and a clear vision, Katalin helps her clients find not just a house, but a place that genuinely suits them. Her strength lies in understanding people and delivering results.

At Molino Villas, we believe real estate is all about people and emotion. A home is never just bricks and walls — it's about where you feel understood, safe, and truly yourself. That's why we approach every client with care, honesty, and personal attention. Here's how we work — and what you can always expect from us.

Buying a home isn't just about ticking boxes — it's about understanding what really matters to you. That's why we listen carefully, ask the right questions, and take the time to get to the core of your needs and lifestyle.

Thanks to our local knowledge and years of experience, we make the process clear, smooth and even enjoyable. Because the journey towards your new home should feel just as good as living in it

We don’t believe in pressure or big promises. If our story feels right to you, we’re here to answer your questions,
listen to your plans, and help you move forward—at your pace.

Whether you're new to Spain or already living here, finding the right home can still feel complex — with unfamiliar rules, procedures, or simply too much choice.

Not every step of the journey will be smooth — and that's okay. What matters is how we deal with it. We believe in open, honest communication from both sides.

Even after the keys are handed over, we don't just disappear. Whether you need advice, help settling in, or simply a familiar face to call — we're still here.

We assist with whatever you need to feel truly at home. Because for us, the job isn't done when you find a house — it's done when you feel at home.

If something doesn't feel right, say it. We'll do the same. Because in the end, honesty builds trust — and trust makes all the difference.
