I used Giuliano Villas to purchase my villa in Javea, and am pleased to highly recommend Pepe Giuliano. There are several differences between buying a property in Spain to the UK. As a purchaser Pepe was able to guide my through the entire process. He took time to understand my needs and was able to provide viewings on properties for sale by him, as well as other agents in the area. He has a fantastic knowledge of the property market and has stunned me several times, by knowing not only the exact location but the history of the property, from the photos/ listing of another agent. I have found him extremely professional in all aspects of his work and have already recommended him to family and friends. He is always willing to go the extra mile and provided a full service from understanding my requirements, providing market knowledge, arranging viewings, contract negotiations, ‘exchange of contracts’ and final purchase and key handover. He also assisted me with arranging transferring the utilities after purchase. Since moving to Javea, I am aware of several friends who have engaged Pepe to sell their property. In addition to providing a realistic valuation of their property, Pepe has provided guidance on minor repairs etc to the properties to increase interest and therefore sell-abillty. It is this attention to detail which makes Pepe stand out from the crowd

Wir haben über Pepe ein Haus in Javea gekauft. Er hat uns sehr gut, sehr persönlich und immer zuverlässig in dem Kaufprozess begleitet. Pepe ist sehr gut vernetzt, hat einen prima Marktüberblick und genießt hohes Vertrauen bei seinen Klienten, die über ihn ihre Immobilie verkaufen wollen. Er hatte einen großen Anteil am erfolgreichen Kauf und wir können Pepe sehr empfehlen.

Contacte con ellos de forma casual para la compra de un apartamento. Desde el primer momento se mostró muy profesional. En las visitas deja tu espacio para que puedas comentar con tu pareja cualquier aspecto. Finalmente hicimos la compra e hizo todo lo que estuvo en su mano para agilizar todo el proceso y ponerlo fácil ya que no éramos residentes de la zona. A posterior nos ayudo con todos los trámites de cambio de titularidad de suministros. Los aspectos legales asociados a la compra los tiene muy claros y se nota que lleva mucho tiempo en el sector. A los meses me surgió un problema con unas llaves y se implicó de igual forma que si la venta dependiera de ello. Siempre habla con franqueza teniendo todo muy claro cosa que en estos tiempo se agradece. Lo recomiendo totalmente, de hecho ya lo he hecho. .

Aucune considération pour sa clientèle. Cette agence vous vend un bien au prix fixé par l acheteur et sur internet, et au moment où le contrat est rédige et prêt à être signé, il vous annonce que le bien a été vendu plus cher sans vous laisser la moindre opportunité de surenchérir un prix défini par sa propre agence! De plus, tout cela vous est communiqué par mail sans même prendre la peine de vous donner une explication par téléphone. Très peu professionnel de la part d une agence immobilière! Je conseil aux étrangers d être très prudents face aux agences immobilières qui abusent fortement de la reprise immobilière sur la cote!
