We met Helen in november. Even if she was not our agent she was a big help even we were not around at certain moments. She helped out with every question we have and she still does after we moved into our new house in Oliva. She is a lovely lady and knows her business.

Such a bad experience hard to find!

Paul Hamlett from Blue Square Properties is nothing short of a star. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a very nice man to boot. His dealing with our property sale reduced our stress levels considerably. I fully, and unreservedly recommend Blue Square, but ask for Paul if you do - you will not be disappointed.

Having looked in many estate agent windows locally, Jim from Blue Square was the first agent to actually come out and talk to us, asking what we were looking for and if he could help us find it. He is a very knowledgeable agent based in the Javea office on the Arenal. Not only did we go and see a few places with Jim, properties listed with Blue Square, but we were also able to pass him details of properties we wanted to see, listed with other agents. He then makes the introduction to the selling agent and after seeing a few more, we soon found what we were looking for, so they both share the commission. Win win. We recommend Blue Square in Javea, in particular Jim Macwhinnie. Really nice guy.

Donde se ha visto que tenga que hablar mediante un traductor para poder comunicarme con el agente inmobiliario y la gerente que habla español al contactar con ella me dice su compañero que no la moleste eso si cobran por la venta de mi casa 12.100e así sin hacer nada únicamente traen una persona interesada en mi casa que le tengo que bajar el precio notablemente para que esté agente cierre la operación...no los recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo...

Leider unseriös. Wir waren kurz vor Unterzeichnung für den Kauf eines Hauses. Die Rahmenbedingungen waren klar, man war sich einig über den Preis. Kurz vor Abschluss wollte man auf einmal 150k mehr - für ein Haus, das sowieso schon nicht günstig war und zudem noch nicht fertiggestellt. Ebenso suspekt: das Haus wurde vom Bluesquare Besitzer privat modernisiert und verkauft und er gab demnach auch keine Gewährleistung. In Summe kann ich nur abraten.

Lekkere drive, commercieel en goede inzet. Snelle opvolging van afspraken zeer professioneel. Zeker het aanbevelen waard. Zoek je een villa aan de Costa? Bel ze!

Yo lamentablemente no puedo recomendarlos. Mi experiencia es falta de profesionalidad por parte de dos vendedores. Reconozco que el inmueble que me interesaba, tenía sus “obstáculos” (herencia / falta de registro / ampliación de obra / etc) para la venta. Pero ya que lo ofrecen, esperaba que trataran el asunto de tal manera - teniendo en cuenta que aceptaba el importe de venta del inmueble! Tuve que interpretar que únicamente están interesados en una venta fácil cara a los “inocentes” extranjeros que se fían de la palabra del agente y no realizan ni solicitan que se gestione la venta de la manera correcta legalmente.

Estate agents are not known for honesty, frankness and working to get you what you really want. In this case that is EXACTLY what happened. I couldnt be happier with our house in Spain. Jim Macwhinnie acted for us and was able to also deal with all the legal issues and make the ride smooth. He went above and beyond what was needed. He works for Blue Square, but can deal with ANY listed property. And that made it even more amazing, because I could still deal with him, while he dealt with other agents for me. Great service that I can find no fault with and that is a rarity.
