Our contact person, Paul M., was extremely helpful: we were based outside Spain and needed to organise online visits and visit during a weekend as it was the only time we could get on site. Our agent arranged a viewing on a property this week via Xavi at Grupo Garcia. Although we didn’t use Xavi directly, we were so impressed with how he dealt with things we wanted to write a review to show how happy we we are with the service we received. We fell in love with the property and the sellers spoke no English and we don’t speak French. Luckily for us Xavi speaks 6 languages and helped us to secure our dream home. Xavi has a great energy and is really nice to deal with and we really appreciate all his hard work.

after having been in contact with various sales offices in the area around Javea and Moraira for a year, we have come to know many sellers. One is more sharpened than the other. Where do we find the salesperson who really cares about his customers and where you feel that you are not the walking wallet but the person who would help us from A to Z and without being intrusive and still help us in the whole process. We ended up with Xavi from Grupo Garcia. Nothing was too much....a lot of feedback and help until the signing in the notary's office for support and help if we didn't understand. I could write a lot more .... but an office with correct and honest help without being intrusive ... the rest you will discover for yourself and walk out with a good feeling. Paul Millward from Garcia group in javea is seriously the best agent in javea! My family moved in late 2020 to javea and the dream was to buy a house here :) And finally !! We just got a house after 2 months of close search ! He is the most professional, dedicated, active and honest agent I have ever worked with! He has helped many friends here before us. They recommended him and let me tell you - he was a god send ! Without him, I would still be frustrated trying to push other agents in javea to squeeze a visit for me or actually show me something relevant ! We went to visit at least 10 houses a week ! He made it a fun process, with humor and excellent listening to all our needs. He understood our taste and budget and helped us find the gem for us. Without pushing, without any “selling methods”. I bought my house in Xabia a little over a year ago and continue to be delighted with the house, the area, and equally importantly the aftersales service. After a survey and checks at the townhall to make sure all the paperwork was in order. I put down my deposit. The sale progressed smoothly and painlessly ,for as Paul pointed out Garcia Villas will not deal with properties where there might be problems. Having bought the house the aftersales service included an introduction to an excellent Spanish teacher. Now after a little more than a year I speak really bad spanish slowly! I cannot recommend Paul and Garcia Villas highly enough for those who wish to make the move to this beautiful part of Spain.
