Ian successfully sold our apartment for us earlier this year. We were impressed with the number of viewings he arranged right from the start, and felt his attention and enthusiasm stayed the course until a buyer was found. In the event, the buyer wanted to move very quickly, and Ian helped that to happen too. Ian kept us up to date with progress every step of the way. He is personable, approachable and 'human'! I would certainly recommend Zebra Homes.

We sold our apartment in Guardamar del Segura using Zebra Homes. Ian Lovegrove and his team pulled out all the stops to make sure it was a trouble free transaction. From the first moment that we placed the apartment with Zebra homes, to completion, Ian handled the sale with professionalism and integrity. Despite the fact that we could not attend the 'completion' in person, due to Covid restrictions, we had the upmost faith that Ian would see it through successfully on our behalf. I thank 'Zebra Homes' and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective buyer or seller of property in Spain.

Ian & Karina were absolutely essential in our purchase of our Spanish home. From the initial booking viewings, showing properties and making an offer, the advice, and no pressure approach really made the process easy and hassle free. Once the offer was accepted, Ian and Karina assisted in working with our legal representative, acting as translator as well as keeping us up to date throughout the sale process. Even after the sale completed, Ian has assisted in having broadband installed and providing useful contacts for building work we want completed. Because my communication with this company is in english this judgement is also (even if my native language is german). I have bought an apartment in Guardamar del Segura with them. My spanish is very restricted so I was happy about all the help they gave me. They made the contact to a lawer who was good andmanaged all the buying process for reasonable costs. Zebra Homes brought me in contact to a lot of local companies helpful to do work in my new apartment like changing bathroom, doing climatization, preparing a new kitchen... Everything was perfect and it didn't cost me anything (besides a beer or two). I was mainly in contact with Ian Lovegrove. He did a reaaly good job, thank you Ian.

We purchased a lovely town house in Guardamar thanks to Ian and Karina @ zebra homes . They gave us a great tour of the area, showed us many options before finding our dream home from home. What was so special was that once we had agreed the sale they made the purchase so easy by supporting and guiding us through all the paperwork, NIE applications, bank accounts etc that was needed. Once sale was completed they have still continued to help us with support from great bars to visit to trustworthy builders. They go above beyond to make purchasing a property in Spain so seamless and more beyond a sale
