ОТЗЫВ О КОМПАНИИ “АЛЛЕГРИЯ” БЕНИДОРМ- НЕ ПОВТОРЯЙТЕ НАШУ ОШИБКУ. Фото квартиры были из другой реальности. Сразу по фактам: • Плесень в холодильнике зелёная, свеженькая. Подарочек на заселение. В первый день после 20-ти часов дороги пришлось отмывать. • На участке- кошачьи экскременты (штук 40 засохших кучек). Видимо, тоже входит в “дизайн” и вид и запах. На нашу просьбу устранить это- реакции не было. • Половина бытового- отсутствовала напрочь. Не было ни посуды, ни подушек, ни одеял, ни постельного белья. Мы купили всё за свой счёт: подушки, сковородки, кастрюли, полотенца, ложки-вилки- всё, до последней тряпки. • Пылесос и стиралка- грязные и вонючие, как будто до нас ими пользовались в мастерской по переработке мусора. За 7 месяцев так и не удалось отмыть и убрать запах. • Полы- жирные, липкие, с пятнами, которые не отмывались вообще ничем. • Стулья- разодранные. Это первое что бросилось в глаза при заселении. Сразу написали в компанию. Ответ «зафиксировано», а на деле- вычитают из залога их стоимость . Впечатление такое, что нам сдали не жильё, а место преступления. • про туалеты, посудомойку, состояние кроватей, душевых и прочего- думаю, уже понимаете сами. Мы вынуждены были отмывать и обустраивать всё сами, чтобы хоть как-то жить. Договор ведь уже был заключен. Прожили в этом “уюте” 7 месяцев, и по итогу- нам не вернули залог, обвинив нас в повреждениях, которые были с самого начала. Классика жанра: договор составлен хитро, и зная, что мы иностранцы и не говорим свободно по-испански, сотрудники нам нагло врали, что “всё прописано, не переживайте”. На деле- ничего из обещанного не совпало. Итог: если вы цените свои нервы, деньги и не хотите спать в плесени, есть с коленки и дышать затхлой грязью- держитесь от “Аллегрии” подальше. Это не агентство- это турбина по выкачке денег с наивных клиентов. Хуже опыта с арендой у нас в жизни не было. Позор, а не компания. REVIEW OF “ALLEGRIA” BENIDORM — DON’T MAKE OUR MISTAKE. The apartment photos were from another universe. Seriously. Let’s get straight to the facts: • The fridge had fresh green mold — a lovely little welcome gift after a 20-hour journey. We had to scrub it clean on day one. • The garden area? Covered in cat feces. Around 40 dried-up piles. Apparently, it was part of the “charm.” We asked for it to be cleaned — no response. • Half the basic household items were missing: no dishes, no pillows, no blankets, no bed linens. We had to buy everything ourselves — pillows, pans, pots, towels, cutlery, even cleaning cloths. • The washing machine and vacuum cleaner smelled and looked like they came straight from a garbage processing plant. After 7 months, we still couldn’t get the smell out. • Floors were greasy, sticky, and stained beyond hope — nothing helped. • The chairs were ripped to shreds. That was the first thing we noticed on check-in. We messaged the company immediately. They replied, “Noted.” But later, they deducted the cost of those same chairs from our deposit. It felt less like a home and more like a crime scene. • As for the toilets, dishwasher, beds, showers… You can imagine the horror. We had to clean and set up everything ourselves just to make it livable — because the contract was already signed. We survived 7 months in this “cozy hellhole,” and in the end, they didn’t return our deposit. They blamed us for damages that were there from day one. The classic scam: the contract was sneakily written, and since we were foreigners who didn’t speak fluent Spanish, the staff confidently lied: “It’s all written down, don’t worry.” Well, nothing matched the promises. Bottom line: if you value your sanity, your money, and don’t want to sleep with mold, eat on the floor, or breathe stale filth — stay away from “Allegria.” This is not a real agency — it’s a money-extracting machine targeting naïve clients. Worst rental experience of our lives. Shameful. Absolutely disgraceful.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность Марианне, агенту по ренту. Несмотря на то, что контракт мы в итоге не заключили (нашли лучше сделку в самый последний момент), Марианна делала ее работу на 5+! Она предлагала все возможные варианты, договаривалась с хозяевами на наш бюджет, отвечала на миллион вопросов, и постоянно была с нами на связи, несмотря на разницу во времени и ее выходные дни, что в наше время большая редкость! Я обязательно обращусь к ней в след раз и всем рекомендую! ❤️
