Apart from offering properties for sale and rent (correction, no rentals) as any estate agent would, this is a brilliant option to receiving mail and parcels for a very modest cost! Once the post office started to rip me off by charging 9.86 euros for each and every small package i don't use them any longer. My eldest sent a home-made calendar with family photos as my Xmas gift but I had to pay for it as a "handling charge ". It should be noted that inland Villas is far easier to access and conveniently situated by a bar!! 👍🤣

Very pleasant, jolly atmosphere. We go there to pick up the parcels that courier companies can't quite manage to deliver. Well worth a 1€ a packet, rather than chasing couriers around the area. We even bought our house from them.

We bought a property from another agency but were just left once purchase was completed, put out a local post asking for advice/recommendations, David contacted me to arrange a meeting at his office and advised and helped us so much with various local trades people and who to contact regarding legislation etc all at no cost, a genuinely nice honest agent, who we cannot recommend highly enough.
