We were so impressed by Country Fincas when buying our house, that it went without saying we would use them to sell and we were not disappointed. The videos and photos they took for our sale listing were good enough to sell the house before our buyers even set foot in the house; the key to securing a sale in today’s internet based market. They also ensured the villa was listed on all the most relevant and popular websites. We sold our house through Country Fincas. Everyone has an opinion about Estate Agents. Whatever you think or feel about the commission charge, they are obliged to work and conduct themselves according to their own terms and perhaps more importantly following your framework of wishes, desires and needs. We found all the staff at Country Fincas to be both courteous and professional. One member of staff in particular (Saskia) went above and beyond what might have been expected of her. Every contact, including those on her days off, were accompanied by a cheerful and helpful demeanor. Saskia’s work ethic and attitude made it a pleasure to work with her. Perhaps all the staff at Country Fincas share Saskia’s passion and philosophy; if they do then Counry Fincas have a wonderful team, and we thank them for what they did for us.

Country Fincas, een absolute aanrader! Bij Country Fincas werken mensen met hart voor hun vak en kennis van zaken. Ze luisteren goed naar wat je zoekt en tunen in op wat bij je past. Ze zijn oprecht, dus geen gladde/snelle verkooppraatjes, maar een makelaar die voor jou het exact passende huis wil vinden. Ook tijdens en na de aan-/verkoop staan ze voor je klaar met tips en advies.

Dank je wel voor de fijne samenwerking. Alles top geregeld. Zelfs nu een aantal maanden na de goede afronding van alles nog steeds zeer behulpzaam. Top.

Een geweldige makelaar! Ze hebben een zeer persoonlijke aanpak, reageren snel, zijn goudeerlijk en hebben ons een geweldige advocaat geadviseerd. Ze voelen goed aan waar je interesses liggen én ze pushen of achtervolgen je niet met mailtjes en telefoontjes. Het allerbelangrijkste: we hebben een enorm mooi huis gekocht en wonen er met enorm veel plezier!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to country fincas, especially Annaliese. We originally met with Karen & got some great advice. We were then shown a number of plots, new builds & a resale by Annaliese who was amazing. She was really friendly and helpful & nothing was to much trouble. She kept in regular touch with us when we returned to the UK and was very responsive & really helpful. Unfortunately we’ve put our move on hold for now but if things change we will definitely use CF. CF is a good team fulfilling their profession. They focus on country houses in the area and put an emphasis on high purchasing service: from the website, showing the client around the property to arranging accommodation, to the completion of the whole process. A lawyer who works with them also at the highest level. If you need anything more Maggy has connections to a lot of people.

Beautiful houses

Came to country fincas on a last minute viewing(was flying out the next afternoon. Saw a property appear late thursday on thier website and sent a text explaining i wanted to view but had a strict schedule. ANNALIESE was on the ball, she arranged all the timings all the keys and after a 10 minute viewing helped me seal the deal with the owner. I can't thank her and the staff enough for all the help we truly found our forever home.

Good website haven't dealt with them yet but there definitely on my place to visit when I go in the winter to look

We bought a property in Rodriguillo last year through Country Fincas. We got very lucky having Annaliese as our agent showing us around the Pinoso area. She's very personable and gave us all the info we could ever ask for about the town. We were initially looking to buy in the Campo near Valencia but one day looking around with Annaliese was enough to change our minds to Pinoso! The whole process was incredibly simple from start to finish - the whole buying process took only 6 days and was done with all the legal checks in place! Quite refreshing coming from the UK when you might be on hold to the bank for 6 days before you even speak to someone.

Great service from start to finish by Karen and the team at Country Fincas. Even our silliest questions were answered quickly and professionally. Now weeks later after the sale has been completed the after service care with help and advice is excellent.

I can't praise Brenda, Karen and Maggie enough. Their patience and professionalism is superb, Though I brought elsewhere it was purely due to my delay that I didn't buy with them. But without them I wouldn't have fallen in love with the area. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

In one word - perfection. Not only are the ladies that run the office professional and thorough, they are the most helpful, kind and friendly people you could hope to meet. They have helped us in so many ways, from telephone calls on our behalf, recommendations on tradesmen, advice on all things Spanish and all done with a smile. It is incredibly rare to find such excellent after sales service from anyone but even after 2 years since we bought our house they continue to be helpful and friendly - I really cannot recommend them high enough.

We experienced two estate agents during out search for a property in Spain, chalk and cheese does not go far enough to explain the difference in attitude and professionalism between them. The staff at Country Fincas were interested in us and our needs. They guided us through the legal and banking systems and made the whole process as stress free and enjoyable an experience as is possible.

We bought an investment property through Country Fincas - the plan is to improve it, fix its many problems and sell it. Brenda and Karen were honest about the state of the property (something that is refreshingly unique in my experience!), helped us make the right choices without applying any pressure at all and even offered to arrange for building work quotes - something well out of their job description. Both Karen and Brenda were never pushy and both have a great fun personality that made us warm to them quickly. All of this made the decision to purchase easy, and the process smooth and pleasant. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services, in fact we will certainly be using their services in the coming years.

Whilst having no need to buy property from Country Fincas, Brenda and Karen have always been happy to give advice and any assistance when needed, nothing is too much trouble. It's comforting to know that in Pinoso there are places like Country Fincas where they go the extra mile to make your new life here in Spain enjoyable.

Country Fincas. They have a lovely office, but that is it. They constantly rubbish every other estate agent in and around Pinoso and we went with several but, they are the only ones who rip people off. Stay clear of these ladies, well they are not ladies but rip off estate agents the TV tells you to keep clear of in Spain. We purchased through another agent who was honest.

Terrible organisation , took our money , informed us the deposit WAS refundable , confirmed by e mail , 2 weeks later said Deposit was NOT refundable , terrible company , no written contracts or agreements AVOID
