There isn’t much I can add to the outstanding reviews for this wonderful team. Not only are they thoughtful and kind, more importantly they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. We have had a lot of experience with ‘Estate Agents’ in Spain over the years ranging from people who say they are Estate Agents 🤔 to big companies but without doubt the team here are the very best. We have recently bought and sold with them and we have felt fully supported and looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for this team, they know their business inside out so please don’t hesitate to contact them.

Al principio pensé que muy bien, pero al final el trato ha sido lamentable. En caso de alquiler, mucho ojo con cláusulas abusivas que pueda contener dicho contrato. Se han quedado toda nuestra fianza, y no por lo lógico que sería por desperfectos en la vivienda. Una vivienda por la que piden mensualmente más de lo que vale. Después de dejar las llaves, todavía pretendían que siguiésemos pagando la Luz, al no hacer ellos el cambio el día correspondiente. Y después de 13 días de más, doy de baja el suministro al ver que se me está estafando y solo me dan escusas. La respuesta de la chica que trabaja allí, fue muy insultante.

This estate agency offers more than some, and my husband and I bought through them over 3 years ago now. Apart from property details, we received guidance on how to live here and were helped right through to moving in, which included: seeing up a bank account, speaking to an English - speaking solicitor, negotiating with our seller in perfect Spanish, setting us up with phone and utilities, getting our driving licences, medical cards and generally helping us to get over the language barrier when needed (for example, visiting the doctor!) Until you've been through the process of moving your life to another country with different rules and language, you don't recognise the difficulties you might encounter, and if you don't have a good grasp of the language beyond "cerveza, por favor" it can be a real struggle.

Alicante Sunshine Villas is the best estate agents i have ever dealt with, and I've dealt with quite a few! My husband and I had been looking for a country house in Spain for almost 12 months, before visiting Alicante Sunshine Villas. We spoke to Howard who, after listening to us, asking pertinent questions about our family and life style, gave us some very good advice. He then told is that he had a house which might be perfect for our needs; he was never pushy. We viewed the house and then about 8 other houses before deciding that the advice Howard had given us and the house he had shown us was the perfect house for our family, our needs and our budget. Once we had decided, Ben Howard's son took over and oh my goodness, we have never had such excellent service! Ben practically held our hands and directed us very skillfully and painlessly, through the difficult process of purchasing a home in Spain. He organised the electricity, Internet and lots more. He found us the best deal in house insurance and interpreted for us with workmen. He even helped us to get furniture by going with us and interpretting! A lot of the time we felt so guilty for constantly asking for help and advice, but nothing seemed too much for him, even when we could see he was tired, or busy. All the staff were friendly and very helpful too. This company is exceptional and worth more than 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

I am in the process off buying an apartment in Sax. Naiara found us the perfect flat at a great price took us to see it when it was good for us to see. She is amazingly helpful and lovely and I highly. recommend her. Also Ben has done all the paperwork for my solicitor and he couldn’t believe how much work Ben had done so my solicitor didn’t need to do much. Alicante Sunshine Villas go above and beyond what they need to do so we didn’t have too worry about anything. They are the best company I have used. Thanks to all the staff you are all brilliant.

We used Alicante Sunshine Villas for selling our inland country house & associated land. Firstly totally honest about what price we could expect and no matter what you may think regards valuation in your own mind they grounded you. Very easy to speak to Howard & Ben and take on board their up to date handle on current Property valuations. The final transfer of ownership at the Notary was so straightforward thanks to Ben s experience & total grasp of Spanish everything was explained in detail NO grey areas! We are now in our new home & as promised Ben filled in a couple of blanks which had to be sorted after the signing. Very happy we made that call these months ago. We now have a number of flats in Sax as we like to invest in our ´home town´. Ben, Howard and the girls are a pleasure to know. VERY professional and helpfull, with a great knowledge of the area and listen carefully to the wants/needs of buyers. Not only do they see you through the buying, and all that entails, but in our case do thorough checks on prospective renters´, take care of name change overs for water, electric, etc.,and sort out the contract. Buying a new home at any time can be stressful, but buying a new home in the middle of a pandemic, when you cannot even visit the area that you intend to spend the rest of your life in, nor view potential properties in person before making that vital decision, could have been catastrophic had it not been for Alicante Sunshine Villas. Howard and Ben not only went to great lengths to explain why they had fallen in love with the area themselves many years ago, but provided us with both advice and support throughout the process that can only come from people that you cannot fail but trust to help you, as both their commitment to Customer Service and to delivering a service overall that can only be described as second to none becomes very obvious when you realise their passion for what they do. Then came the learning curve, "Virtual Viewing", which I never thought possible with enough detail to form an opinion on an eventual purchase but it was carried out by Howard and Ben with that same passion and clarity, with all questions answered on the spot as they showed us round the property from the comfort of our settee, to the point that it was very easy to fall in love with the home that we eventually bought, even when we never thought that we would accept a virtual viewing. But I would be remiss if I let you believe that it stopped there, as we already live in the South of Spain and both Howard and Ben went above and beyond by assisting us with advice on selling our home, insurance, health and believe it or not even Wi-Fi. Making any major purchase requires that you place a trust in those that you are dealing with and if like us you are thinking of buying a home in the Alicante area, then look no further, as I can assure you without fear of contradiction, that your overall experience will be made all that much better by speaking with Howard and Ben at Alicante Sunshine Villas.

Having experienced a couple of other 'estate agents' in Spain - showing us properties that we totally unsuitable for our requirements and/or budget - and indeed some were illegal - it was amazing to find Howard and Ben at Alicante Sunshine Villas. We told to them what we wanted and our budget. They explained the process of buying in Spain - the additional costs, tax, etc and also managed our expectations as to what was possible given our budget. They showed us properties that we could afford and met our requirements -- and were legal. We fell in love with one of the first properties we saw and after viewing a few others decided to purchase. They helped us through the whole process giving us solid advice and guidance making a very stressful process, all in a foreign country, much easier to get through. They have also help us organise our NIE, bank account, Padron, car and house insurance - and are still helping with our Residencia. They are exceptionally professional with a great knowledge of the Spanish legal system which ensured our purchase was relatively trouble-free. I cannot recommend then highly enough.

Don't normally write reviews but, we spent a day looking at houses with the guys at Alicante Sunshine Villas and was impressed with their properties and their knowledge of the regulations which gave me confidence to go ahead and buy an apartment, so pleased that I did. Acompañaba un familiar y hemos tenido un pésimo atendimiento de parte de la chica. No tiene la menor idea de nada y como se fuera poco no es agradable escuchar que hable de ti cuando cree que no estas entendiendo lo que dice.... pues que conste que hablo, escribo y entiendo perfectamente su idioma. No recomiendo para nada!!!! Afortunadamente en la zona hemos podido tratar con profesionales de verdad con trato exquisito y ya encontramos casa desde hace unos meses. Respondo: Muchas gracias por su pronta contestación pero no hay ninguna equivocación. Hemos estado hace mas de 6 meses y repito: "Acompañaba a un familiar que buscaba una casa en las afueras" quien buscaba era él. Es una lástima, por lo que puedo percibir le preocupa mas la valoración negativa que en realidad el trato recibido con lo cual no tengo ya nada más que añadir. Doble decepción! Un saludo.
