J'ai acheté une propriété via Alicante Dream Homes, à distance depuis la France. Après quelques échanges, j'ai demandé à Gary une visite virtuelle puis j'ai ensuite réservé la propriété. Une fois sur place, aucun problème tout s'est déroulé comme prévu. Gary est très efficace et essaie toujours de trouver une solution aux problèmes rencontrés. Tried getting information on a villa for sale. I was confused regarding the advert... same picture used for about 4 different areas. Rang but he was busy said he would call back.... but didn't... So used the contact service on website to ask my questions... rang back but I was driving so asked if he could email the answers... which never happened. The details said 200sqm house Integrated garage Key ready. Clearly the house was not 200sqm probable 130 - 140 the size of a decent apartment.. the garage was not integrated it was stand alone so I wanted to know if the design had changed. Also as a genuine buyer I wanted a price for the extras such as 4th bedroom... solar... water capture. As you may guess I recieved no Reply. Why was this..... maybe due the the embellished or misleading advertising.... or simply to busy to be bothered.... as a builder or a seller I would be very annoyed to know that genuine interest was being dealt with so badly.... if you are a buyer then my advice would be try other agents first.... they all sell the same properties so find one that's not to busy to handle your enquiry..... Regarding the reply below. I have nothing from Alicante dream in spam in deleted or trash... only a few questions answered on the phone as I was driving. and I note you have not resent the so called email you say you had sent. Go on resend it answering all the questions. I had queried !!! Then I can update the post. Thank you

Dat is inderdaad een prettige "aftersales", aangezien bezorging door Post en Pakketten nogal "onmogelijk is op het platte land. Dank voor deze service. Thanks to de aftersales possibility of getting a Postbox at their office. Getting your letters of package at your home is almost impossible at the Campo.

Contacted Paula about a property as we couldn’t come and view it Paula drove up that day to the property and video called us. Paula acted quickly to secure the deal for us and two weeks later we are sat on our terrace in Salinas eating lunch in the sun. I cannot recommend Paula enough, professional, friendly and knows not only her business but is a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Paula also put us in touch with a local solicitor whose English was excellent. All in all we felt in very safe hands.

Friendly, hardworking team and couldn't be more helpful. We was offered so much advice on the area we live happily in. Gary still answers questions or gets me in touch with the right people. One of the best around!

We bought a villa in Monover with Alicante Dream Homes. We call Gary, Buzz Lightyear because he does go beyond. He has practically held our hand throughout the whole process.Nothing is too much trouble he sorts everything out so buying a house is a pleasurable experience.Even when we were trying to get into Spain in these crazy times he was on the end of the phone. His son even stayed up late to interpret incase we were stopped. We have found our dream home I highly recommend Alicante dream homes for their patience and kindness and continued support.

I started talking to Gary whilst still in UK. He always answered my queries and discussed many properties with me. He is truly open always! Even when taking his wife out to dinner 😆 When we got over Spain we contacted him and he could not do enough to help us find the right property. Eventually he showed us a 'wildcard' which turned out to be perfect even tho we had dismissed it from viewing online. His after sales is amazing too sorting builders and lots of other tradesmen for any alterations we wanted doing. Josh, Garys son speaks fluent English and Spanish to add to his skills. What an amazing company. We originally viewed the house we have now purchased back in February but then, due to lockdown, were unable to progress with it. Throughout lockdown Paula and Gary kept in touch, alleviating any worries and answering our numerous questions. Building a villa in Spain can have it’s problems , language planning permission working with your builder being many miles away and having questions or you would think so but I must say 110% all the above simply do not worry as Gary and his team cover everything and whether it’s in the week Or at the weekend Gary is happy to answer any questions and act on your behalf liaising with the builder even arranging separate services outside of the build to make your life easier...... We went with lots of other estate agents so we already have done the leg work and found Alicante Dream Homes (Gary Morrison & Mike Morrison) the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful guys there is. There is nothing they cannot help you with and they will go out their way to take you to all your legal appointments so there will be no language barrier. The builders they use are among the best we have come across, they use the best building materials that are available. They also have some of the best resale properties on the market. For us personally we have found them a wealth of knowledge and support, if you are looking to move to Spain with no experience and need to be guided in the right direction then this company is excellent. I must say that Gary and his team go that extra mile when we decided to purchase a villa in the Sax and Salinas areas. Despite being gazumped on the first property we had an offer accepted on at no fault to Alicante Dream Homes, Gary ploughed on regardless and eventually found us our dream villa in Salinas. Unfortunately I used a solicitor from the Torrevieja area against Gary's advice and the process took nearly five months before the property was ours. I would recommend any future purchasers in this rustic area of Spain to take Gary's advice and use a local solicitor who have the experience of dealing with properties in rustic areas, and if we had taken his advice we would have saved at least three months in securing our villa. Also Gary has a vast knowledge of this inland region of Spain and has helped us greatly with his local knowledge in making the transition from coast to country in Alicante province. We recently sold our property through Alicante Dream Homes. From start to finish everyone associated with the business was superb. They generated more viewings in 6 months than all the other agents did in 18 months! Paula was always very positive and helpful at every stage of the process always available to answer queries. The end process was the best we have experienced from the 6 property purchases/sales we have made in Spain, Angela (solicitor) was excellent, smoothing over a small technical issue very efficiently, Gary was very accommodating and professional and Mike even gave us a lift to our hotel after the notary as we had sold our car. My wife and I bought our dream home (literally) through Gary. Having been in property banking in the UK for many years I was well versed in the modus operandi of estate agents. Much of the time I have not been impressed. Gary however was a breath of fresh air in so far he was approachable at all times, diligent, super honest (especially with his descriptions of the various properties we saw), completely honest with his fees and fee structure.........in short his service was of an impeccable standard. I have, since living in Spain, recommended friends to Gary - all of whom have been delighted with his service. I cannot recommend Gary and Alicante Dream Homes highly enough.

To say Alicante Dream Homes is a Nightmare is an understatement. Because of the deceit it unnecessarily cost us a lot of money, as well as time. Gary Morrison from Alicante Dream Homes wasn’t straight from the start. We said yes to a property in July 2017 and gave a deposit. In September we both took 10 days each off work and flew to Spain, rented an apartment and car, both of us self employed so no holiday pay. We arrived in Spain the week prior to the actual purchase as we were requested by Morrison to complete our NIEs a week prior. On day 9 we should have bought the house which was a Monday. However on Sunday night Morrison phoned us and told us we couldn’t go ahead with the purchase because there was a problem with the sellers inheritance. How was this possible? We had handed over a deposit and both parties had already signed a contract. Or so we thought… The house apparently wasn’t even able to be sold because the so-called sellers didn’t even own it. We had been told previously that the contract had already been signed which states that the house would be sold to us and as far as we were concerned the sellers had our deposit. We did ask for a copy of this but we never managed to get one. The problem is that Gary Morrison comes over a nice trustworthy guy and even when he lies to you, you think he is telling the truth. Not only had we handed over a deposit, we had collectively taken 20 days off work (no holiday pay) flights, accommodation, car rental etc and exchanged our money at the lowest ever rate against the Euro. Had we have been told earlier, we would not have exchanged the money as we only did it the Friday before and we would not have come to Spain wasting valuable time & money. We were then told it would be the end of September 2017, then October and then November and then 100% it would be January 2018. We moved and rented in January 2018 because we were promised January and needed a little work done on the property. By March we were no nearer but now we were paying 550 Euros pcm for rent which should have been going into the new house all because Alicante Dream Homes continued to misinform us so they wouldn't lose the sale so we were being led on. The sellers inheritance seemed to be a massive issue but Gary had sat with myself & my husband over a coffee around January 2018 and he was directly asked. ‘Will that house definitely be ours? Have the sellers signed the contract and have they got the deposit?’ He said, ‘Yes 100%, it was the brother who was hard to track down and he has now signed it" LIE! Two weeks we later asked if the sister had now signed it. Gary Morrison said, ‘yes it’s all signed.’ We were so relieved and happy!!! LIE! Surely no one would lie directly to our face? WRONG! Morrison blatantly lied to us throughout and didn’t care that it was costing us a huge amount of money. In March I took the initiative to confront the lawyer Angela by a message and ask for a copy of this contract that for some reason Morrison kept forgetting to give us a copy of and that Morrison had said was signed. Angela didn’t know a thing about it and said nothing had been signed. I asked where the deposit was and she didn’t know. I was horrified and felt sick. My husband a former RM of full service spoke to Gary politely knowing he had lied to us from the start costing us a lot of money and told him we wanted our money back. Gary swiftly said, ‘its in the car.’ At this point we pulled out as the house wasn’t even promised to us, it was a joke. It never had been promised for the entire 9 months. It was all just lies building us false hopes and dreams. If you see a house you want to buy on the Alicante Dream Homes website. It isn’t like the UK, you CAN simply take the details and buy through another estate agent and I would firmly suggest you do this. An estate agent keeping £1000’s of your money in his own bank account is illegal. Alicante Nightmare Homes Country Fincas or The Olive Tree work in the same area with great reputations.

I spent quite a bit of time researching properties online and made appointments with a number of agents . I wanted something specific to our needs, what I found with other agents was not what I was asking. I came across Alicante Dream Homes after finding a property online. I can honestly say from my initial conversations to actually flying out to view properties , I was impressed with the professionalism of Gary. He took the time to find out what we wanted, he arranged absolutely everything, he was extremely honest, so reliable and above all else so knowledgeable. The properties he showed us matched our requirements so well. What struck me with Gary was he really took his time with us, there was no hard sell, he genuinely wanted the best for us , I know that might sound corny but it was true! It didn't stop there either , we live in our dream home but needed help with builders and other services , Gary was on hand again to help us, he didn't need to do it, but he said to us if there is anything you need get in touch! So I did!!! And boy has he been an help, Alicante Dream Homes is not just an estate agency , it is a hub for essential and useful information , they genuinely care.
