Via dit makelaarskantoor 3 jaar geleden een mooi appartement in Costa Esuri gekocht. Destijds een prima ervaring. Recent zelfde appartement verkocht wegens persoonlijke omstandigheden. Wederom door Homes & Fincas verzorgd. Reinaldo had het appartement reeds verkocht nog voordat het officieel was gepubliceerd. Voortreffelijke afhandeling en zeer te waarderen dat je ook na de transactie bij hun terecht kunt voor hulp of vragen. Dit kantoor zou ik zeker aanbevelen, als je een woning in de regio Ayamonte zoekt. Reinaldo goed werk en veel succes in de toekomst Sylvia & Harry Gorissen

Hola quiero decir está reseña el trato pésimo que nos han ofrecido al visitar una casa que la tiene un banco la chica que a venido muy mal educada y poco profesional que pagará y me arreglará yo así como lo leéis no confíeis en esta gente yo al menos no lo haría

Hay algo que no cuadra en esta reseña. Hemos revisado todos los correos electrónicos y los informes de visitas, pero no hay constancia de ninguna cita con un tal Raúl Ruiz Sánchez. Además, en nuestro servicio de atención al cliente no trabajan «chicas», sino empleados bien formados, multilingües y educados. ¿Podría ser que alguien haya escrito una reseña sin haber tenido una cita con nosotros?

Very unprofessional you view a house your offer is refused and then they do not bother to show others. I reached out a few times to view other houses and was ignored a cash buyer with a 300k budget and they are too busy to bother. Bizarre would not recommend.

We do not pass on offers from interested parties to sellers if they are unrealistically low. In such cases, we do not show this type of interested party any further properties, as they are generally not seriously interested in buying and we do not want to waste anyone's time.

He llamado para concertar una cita y ver una propiedad que tenían en venta. llego a la propiedad el día y la hora que acordamos por teléfono y no se presenta nadie, cuando llamo para preguntar si tardaría mucho me dicen que la propiedad está pendiente de reservas, y no me han avisado con lo que me he desplazado y perdido la mañana en ello. Muy poco profesional.
