Can’t recommend Country Life Property enough. We have purchased our country home in Catral back in 2014 and Manuel was very thorough and helpful. 10 years later it was time to downsize and again we have put our trust in CLP and they did not disappoint - our home was sold quickly for the asking price. We have then found a new home privately and have approached Manuel to see if he could represent us and he was, again, very helpful - all the legal searches conducted and signing at the notary completed expediently! In our experience it is rare to find an estate agency that’s both honest and professional and easy to deal with. Thank you Manuel and Darya for all your help!

Nuestra experiencia con esta inmobiliaria, y en particular con su asesor Manuel, ha sido muy negativa. Desde el principio mostró una falta absoluta de profesionalidad: tarda días en responder a los mensajes, no atiende llamadas y mantiene una comunicación prácticamente inexistente. Lo más grave es que nos solicitó el pago de las arras cuando la documentación del inmueble aún no estaba en regla. Para empeorar la situación, una vez caducado el contrato de arras por causas ajenas a nosotros, comenzó a poner todo tipo de excusas y trabas para devolvernos el dinero. No lo recomendamos bajo ningún concepto. Mucha falta de seriedad y compromiso. De haber sabido que respondías tan rápido a las reseñas, habría utilizado este medio desde el principio para comunicarme contigo, ya que por mensaje, llamada e incluso acudiendo personalmente a tu oficina ha sido imposible obtener una respuesta. Aprovecho para advertir a quien lea esto que tenga mucho cuidado con el dinero que se le entrega, porque si por causas totalmente ajenas a uno no se puede llevar a cabo la operación, luego todo son excusas y obstáculos para recuperar el dinero. Gracias por tus deseos. Afortunadamente, ya hemos conseguido un chalet en mejores condiciones que el que sigues publicando en tu web, por lo que afirmar que ya lo vendiste es otra mentira más. Estimado Carlos, ante todo gracias por tu feedback, siempre nos gusta escuchar y aprender de cualquier opinión de un cliente aunque en este caso difiera con mucho de la realidad de tu operación. En tu caso en concreto, mi opinión es que trabajamos duro para ayudarte con la compra de la vivienda que te gustó y como bien sabes no pudo ser por diferentes motivos, todos ajenos a nuestro trabajo e implicación en tu caso, de hecho todo lo que hicimos para ayudarte se excede de las atribuciones normales de una agencia inmobiliaria, y más no siendo tu broker hipotecario, como fue acompañar a tu tasador, hablar directamente con el director de tu oficina bancaria, etc. Lamentablemente no fue posible para ti adquirir la vivienda, la cual ya se ha vendido a otro cliente sin mayor problema. Country Life Properties, tras 25 años de experiencia, intentamos guiar a los clientes, después de escuchar sus requisitos, a la vivienda adecuada y dentro de su presupuesto pero a veces esto no es suficiente y por su puesto respetamos tu opinion y deseo de comprar una vivienda en rústico con hipoteca, es licito, pero no es culpa del agente inmobiliario, que tus plazos y necesidades no sean los apropiados para esta vivienda en concreto, lo cual, estimado Carlos, siempre se te trasmitió. Desearte por último la mejor de las suertes para encontrar la vivienda adecuada para ti, estoy seguro que lo harás en un futuro no muy lejano con trabajo y constancia. Saludos Manuel

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria fue muy decepcionante. Desde el inicio una falta de profesionalidad y claridad en la información que nos proporcionaban. Hubo constantes contradicciones, poca transparencia en los procesos y, en varias ocasiones, tuvimos que insistir para obtener respuestas claras sobre aspectos importantes de la compra. En lugar de facilitarnos el camino, sentimos que complicaron innecesariamente cada paso. La comunicación fue deficiente y no mostraron el compromiso que uno espera al tomar una decisión tan importante como adquirir una propiedad. No recomendaría sus servicios, ya que considero que trabajar con una inmobiliaria debe generar confianza, y en este caso fue todo lo contrario. *He de añadir que, por mucho que el señor Manuel insista en que no estoy en su base de datos, la vivienda fue reservada conjuntamente con mi pareja, quien sí figura como cliente. Por lo tanto, ambos éramos parte del proceso y, en consecuencia, clientes de pleno derecho. Por otro lado, quisiera agradecerle su deficiente gestión, ya que gracias a ella ayer firmamos la escritura de una nueva vivienda, en mejores condiciones, con toda la documentación en regla y un proceso mucho más transparente y profesional.*

Very disappointed. Sold our appartment and promised they would obtain a refund of the Plus Valia tax within a month or so. More than two years later and despite visits to the office and e mails we can obtain no information as to what is going on. Sorry we trusted them to act on our behalf

Hello David, we have discussed this with you in person but I take advantage of this channel to clarify it again, I am sorry to hear that you are as disappointed as we are, as you know it is not up to us whether you get the plusvalia municipal tax back or not, we sold you the flat and although our fees did not include helping you with this we did and we are very disappointed that you have still not been able to recover part or all of this tax as we believe you are entitled to it but I repeat, it is not up to us as estate agents but to the administration. Therefore, I think it would be fairer for you to complain to the administration because I personally have done my best to help you with this.

Las cosas pueden ser más fáciles o más difíciles, más lentas o más rápidas, pero hay un punto clave que define lo que hacen: entregar exactamente aquello que prometieron. No buscan atajos. En mi caso me dijeron que tendría una vivienda totalmente legalizada y registrada por sus metros reales. El tema era difícil por las particularidades de la finca, costó cinco meses, periodos de atasco, pasos adelante y atrás, silencios que a veces desesperaban... pero al final cumplieron y entregaron lo que prometieron tras haber trabajado mucho en hacerlo bien. Y es lo que al final cuenta.
