12 years ago I was guided by Cumbre Villas in a very professional way in my search and purchase of my villa in Salobrena. Everything was taken care of by the team, it was a great relief to be able to rely on them. This year, when the time came to sell my property, I didn’t hesitate to return to Cumbre Villas for their support. Again I could witness an excellent service, from the promotion of the property till all the administration of the sale and contact with the Authorities. Everything was handled in full transparency and with eye for detail. A big shout out to this great team, who became friends, I’d dare to say!

Für mich gibt es bei einem Immobilienverkauf keine bessere Adresse in der Region Almuñécar als Cumbre Villas. Das angebotene Gesamtpaket ist einfach nur einzigartig! Bei dem Verkauf unseres Hauses in Almuñécar ergaben sich für mich besondere Herausforderungen, da während der Verhandlungen mein Mann krank wurde und verstorben ist. Die Familie Van der Vorm und ihre Mitarbeiter haben sich um alles, auch um die Genehmigungen bezogen auf die Erbschaftsangelegenheiten gekümmert. Mit einer Vollmacht von mir wurde der Verkauf mit allen Behördengängen, Abmeldungen von Versicherungen, Strom usw. so abgewickelt, dass ich nicht vor Ort sein musste. Mein "Danke vielmals" geht nochmals von ganzem Herzen an die Familie Van der Vorm, die sich meiner mit besonderem Fingerspitzengefühl angenommen hat.

Kan niet anders aangeven als... super, geweldig, op en top, aanrader en veel meer. Alleen maar positief en lovend. Ze hebben erg hun best gedaan voor de verkoop van ons huis en zijn daarmee ook veel verder gegaan als hoeft. Zeer begripvolle mensen, luisteren goed, handelen snel en juist en hebben het huis snel verkocht. Heel veel dingen zeer duidelijk uitgelegd, afspraken meer als alleen maar nagekomen, geweldig begeleid en desalniettemin zeker niet onbelangrijk... juridisch ook nog eens veel advies gegeven en geregeld. Neemt heel veel werk uit handen waarbij je zeker weet dat alles goed gebeurt. Kan hier nog veel meer dingen noteren maar... Bedankt Pieter, Serena en de rest van het team. Zonder jullie hadden we letterlijk tegen heel erg veel (onbekende) problemen gelopen wat nu snel en goed is opgelost. Huis kopen en/of verkopen ben je hier echt 100% zeker dat alles goed gebeurt.

It has been an extraordinary, positive experience to purchase a house through Cumbre Villas. Pieter and Serena have provided a service & help in the process, which I have never experienced before. First of all, Pieter facilitated the sale in a good and constructive way, when buyer and seller had disagreements. Then Serena and her team handled the process of getting the property approved over 3-4 months despite a lot of challenges. And then, when moving in, we experienced outstanding help in getting all practical issues sorted out; including internet, tax, notary issues, getting cleaning and gartner assistance in place. Cumbre Villas perform beyond our wildest wishes and has meant, that buying a property in Spain has been a very pleasant (although challenging) process.. I am currently working with the team at Cumbre Villas and find them to be both professional and keen……I am a property developer and worked for forty years in the business, in the UK and met many agents in that time, (we moved out here some three years ago) but I have to say that my experience with the Cumbre Villas team is as good if not better than those in the UK……I would have no hesitation in recommending their appointment to sell or buy any properties or plots…..

After living in Spain for 20 years we reluctantly decided to sell our villa and move back to the UK . Cumbre Villas handled our sale., First of all Marla who is extremely approachable and professional and lately Serena , Louisa and the whole team who are first class .. They made the whole process really easy for us as moving house can be very stressful. They are ultra responsive to emails and phone calls are always answered immediately, they guided us through all the technicalities with ease and explained everything to us as the sale progressed in detail . Serena and Louise accompanied us to the notary and translated everything we didn't understand . After the sale they handled the name changeover of all the utility bills which in Spain we would imagine isn't easy and I think we would have found this difficult to do without them. Een Professionele aanpak en toch een heel gewone vriendelijke rustige aangename man , die Pieter ! Zonder druk hebben wij verder kunnen onderhandellen , tot we uiteindelijk een akkoord gevonden hebben waar alle partijen zich konden vinden. Het verdere verloop van verkoopovereenkomst , tot het tekenen van de akte bij de notaris is opgevolgd geweest door Serena (dochter van Pieter) Dit was gewoon PERFECT van het begin tot einde ! Serena is Professioneel, To the point, stipt, altijd vriendelijk en aangenaam om mee samen te werken. We willen ook zeker Luisa en David bedanken die ons ook veel geholpen hebben ! Too few stars available here, I think! 6 would be minimum - 7 OK! We`ve bought a house in Almuñecar, in a loooong and tiring process, including an owner with Alzheimers, 3 inheritants, making enemies with each other, and more lawyers than players in a football-team! If it hadn`t been for Marla and Cumbre Villas, we would never have been able to sign a contract, and go to the office of the Notar - and with our own lawyer sleeping for about a year, not doing what he had promished, we would still be sitting in this office, if it hadn`t been for Marla and Africa from Cumbre Villas. When we decided to do changes in the house, we discovered that the other part of the company is a constructig company, run by Marlas husbond, Juan. ("If you ask for something impossibly, we need 14 days extra"). - A reliable company, who offers you the best solutions to the right prices - and who keep their promises. For newcomers like us, this is SO important - we don`t speak the language and we don`t know the legal systems - but we feel that we are beeing taking care of - we know we can trust the company and their people - and that the solutions recomended are for us, and not "What`s in it for mee"? It may sound like a clichè - but yes, we feel more like friends than customers - and yes - you may have guessed : We are now using Cumbre Villas for our legal services !

Cumbre Villas hat uns beim Verkauf unseres Hauses vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Professionelles vorbereiten der behördlichen Genehmigungen, der Notarverträge, das überwinden kleiner und großer Hindernisse. Das habe ich so noch bei keiner Agentur erlebt. Die Zuverlässigkeit des ganzen Teams, allen voran Frau Corsi und Luisa, da muss selbst ich Skeptiker meinen Hut ziehen, und Frau Corsi weiss sicher was ich meine. What a breath of fresh air! Such professional staff. It may be slightly more expensive but there are NO hidden extra costs. I had a quote for a particular service which I paid. Once the issue had been completed I received back the amount left over that was not required . How honest is that. I was astonished at the number of viewings, all of which I received feedback. Then it was sold! I was guided throughout. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND

An exceptional team. Other agencies we tried, rely on their office location to attract trade. These guys worked internationally to find a buyer for our house in La Herradura. EVERY viewing was followed up by feedback to us and our eventual sale had paperwork problems that were professionally dealt with by their legal team and our capital gains tax dealt with clearly by their accounting team. 5 stars from us for hard work, communication and pleasant, positive approach to our sale. In 2017 I bought two houses through Cumbre Villas. For the first they acted as constructor/vendor, for the second as real estate agents. Not only were their offers exactly what I was looking for, but they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of acquisition which was a bit more complicated as usual, as I was buying for my 4 children. I did not go for the assistance of other consultants (e.g. lawyer) and did not regret it in any way. The whole team is excellent and pleasant to deal with and they got me into contact with other valuable people for the management of rentals, garden, pool etc. I have recommended them to my friends and would not hesitate do so to anybody else.

Not following up! When I contacted Cumbre Villas and presented my properties for sale, they showed great interest at first. They briefly inspected the properties and gave me their estimates. Then, after having given them the sales assignment and the requested documents I have not heard from them again. They do not answer e-mails nor have they returned the documents as I asked them to do. I cannot anymore recommend this company!
