Como compañera del sector, respetando su forma de trabajar no colaborando con otras agencias, les pregunto simplemente la ubicación de una casa en Salobreña, para decirle a mi clienta, si le cuadra esa casa o no para que mi clienta los llame directamente a ellos, y me niegan tanto la zona, ya no la dirección exacta pero indicarme si esta en una zona u otra del pueblo, me niegan también el teléfono de la comercial encargada del inmueble y además me cuelgan. No se la gerencia de esta agencia como sea, pero el trato de la persona encargada de atender las llamadas, es pésima. Han perdido una posible venta sólo por no atender bien una llamada. Y me reitero, NO ERA UNA COLABORACIÓN.

We bought a house through Gestion early in 2025. We were very lucky to work with Natalia, who guided us through the process with patience, dedication and absolute professionalism. We had not made such a purchase before, so were nervous buyers, having many doubts and questions at every stage of the process. Natalia put in a lot of work to research everything for us and provide us with information. Her English is excellent, which came in useful when she had to explain various intricacies of Spanish real estate law to us rookies. You should be aware that this agency does charge commission for buyers, but unlike in other agencies that we searched with, a full range of services is provided for this commisson, such as assistance with NIE and bank account, transfer of utilities and translation at the notary. At the time we bought, the NIE registration process suddenly changed in the area; without Natalia's intervention, we wouldn't have succeeded on time with the registration process. Thank you once again, Natalia and Modesto.

We successfully bought a property and we may not have been the easiest clients as we were very cautious buyers. But thanks to their patience and expertise we now own our new home. Thanks particularly to Natalia for her efficiency and help. 😀

Quedamos con esta inmobiliaria para ver dos viviendas en Salobreña, nos atendió María Eugenia y la verdad es que de primeras bastante bien, nos gustó una de las viviendas y le dijimos que queríamos reservarla y ahí es cuando empezaron los problemas.... Le pedimos una nota simple y no la tenían, María Eugenia me dijo entonces que hablara con su jefe para temas de documentación, un tal Modesto, todo un personaje, lo primero que me dijo fue que para que se pusieran a trabajar tenía que entregar 1000 euros, a loque yo le contesté que no había problema siempre y cuando me dieran una nota simple y se pusiera por escrito un plazo para la compra y que está se haría libre de cargas, a lo que me contestó que no que eso no se podía poner en el documento de reserva... Todo esto con una chulería y falta de respeto terribles, al rato me llaman y me dicen que ya no está disponible la vivienda....a mí me huele a que los 1000€, iban a desaparecer.... Que falta de profesionalidad poner un piso en venta sin documentación, sin saber las cargas, etc

De procedure voor de aankoop, het wederzijdse vertrouwen alsook de begeleiding door Natalia van het immokantoor waren schitterend. We will be moving from South Africa to Spain in order to be closer to our European extended family. We were looking at places in the region and then stumbled across Salobrena, what a pleasant surprise! After some scouting we made contact with Inmobiliaria Gestión Internacional, who have been very professional and helpful. Natalia, our agent, and the team in the agency took us around and were guiding us through the process. This continued despite some bureaucratic hurdles seeing that we are far away in South Africa and had to use the services of the agency to get the deeds transfer. Natalia and Modesto, the boss, were always available, never lost patience, and guided us through the maze of Spanish requirements. Simply Superb!!! We had been looking for our place in Spain for well over a year and had viewed 26 different properties with various estate agents during that time. We eventually found 'the one' through Inmobiliaria Gestión Internacional, who have been simply superb. Natalia, (our agent) was really friendly, helpful and so patient throughout. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and she has always kept us up to date at each stage. She also speaks excellent English which made everything so much easier (as we don't yet speak Spanish). Its obvious that Modesto, (the Boss) has years of experience and knowledge, and between them they made our entire buying process so smooth and such a pleasure. Just five and a half weeks from viewing our property and making an offer to signing the deeds. (Quick at anytime but this was over the Christmas period). So much more than just an estate agent. They also helped us obtain our NIEs, liaised with the Notary, assisted in opening a Spanish bank account (big thanks to Jose at Banco Sabadell, Motril) and dealt with the utility companies for us too. And of course they dealt with the negotiations with the property vendor. For us, they are the perfect all in one service and for a very reasonable fee. Such peace of mind. Even though our purchase is complete, they are still giving us lots of help and advice. From our experience, we can highly recommend Inmobiliaria Gestión Internacional. Thank you so much.

MENTIROSOS!!!!!!!! Siempre fui atendida por la misma "persona" de esta inmobiliaria. Nos enseñó un piso en Salobreña en el que estábamos muy interesados. Nunca quiso que habláramos con los propietarios y negoció con ellos la compra en nuestro nombre y sin nuestro conocimiento a un precio de 150.000€, muy inferior al que le habíamos dicho de 167.000€ . A los dos días nos dijo esta "persona" de la inmobiliaria que tras mucho hablar con los propietarios, éstos habían aceptado vender la vivienda en 167.000€, por lo que fuimos a hablar con ellos para darle una señal. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa que el propietario nos dijo que la de la inmobiliaria le dijo que nuestra oferta era solo de 150.000€, por lo que aceptaron una una señal de otros compradores posteriores a nosotros. Y perdimos la compra de la vivienda por culpa de esta "persona" de la inmobiliaria, que se permitió negociar en nuestro nombre sin nuestro permiso un precio muy inferior al que estábamos dispuestos a pagar. Y yo me pregunto, qué quería hacer con esos 17.000€ de diferencia?... ¡MENTIROSOS MANIPULADORES!. CONFIANZA CERO. NUNCA VAMOS A COMPRAR NADA QUE TENGA QUE VER CON ESTA INMOBILIARIA.!!!!!!
