My siblings and I appointed Paul Matthew Homes to sell my father's house after his death. At all times Paul dealt with the matter in a very sympathetic, friendly and efficient manner. None of us lived locally and Paul was extremely helpful at all times with the various paperwork requirements, which were many! He also liaised with our solicitors and other professionals as and when necessary. In addition, he completed the sale within 5 months which we appreciated as the house had been left empty. All in all, we were extremely pleased with Paul and his colleague and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We used Paul Matthew Homes to sell our flat in Denia last year. It was a difficult time because the pandemic meant that we were not able to be in Denia during the vital stages of selling. However, Paul and Alex managed the whole process from finding a buyer to completing the sale. We had trust in them and gave them power of attorney to deal with relevant banks and legal officials while we were in London. After 20 years of ownership in Denia we were sad to sell but so pleased with the professional and personal service we received from Paul and Alex. They even had the patience to cope with our poor IT skills. We would recommend them without any hesitation.

Wij hebben op 8 januari een afspraak gemaakt met Paul Matthew om een aantal huizen te bekijken. We hadden een afspraak om 12.00 uur en Paul was stipt op tijd met de mededeling dat een van de huizen die wij hadden uitgezocht de dag ervoor was verkocht, maar hij had nog een ander huis voor ons gevonden om naar te kijken. Het eerste huis was niet wat we zochten, maar het andere huis was super. Wij hebben een bod gedaan en deze is geaccepteerd, dus waren er snel uit. Wij hadden in januari maar een week geboekt en moesten zaterdag weer naar huis. Op de valreep, vrijdagmiddag om 17.00 uur, heeft Paul nog een afspraak kunnen regelen met Isabel, een Spaanse advocate die het hele proces voor ons zou begeleiden, en een afspraak gemaakt op 16 maart voor de overdracht. 14 maart 2020 wederom naar Spanje gevlogen en toen kwam de lockdown in Spanje in verband met Covid-19. Hoe Paul en Isabel het geregeld hebben is voor ons nog steeds een vraag, maar 16 maart 2020, de dag van de lockdown hadden wij een afspraak bij de notaris en het huis is alsnog gepasseerd. Een betere makelaar en advocate hadden wij ons niet kunnen wensen. In juli zijn wij terug geweest en alles, water, elektra en escitura waren op dat moment allemaal op onze naam geschreven. Very happy with the service provided by Alessandra and Paul. We were very pleased with the photos and the video which they uploaded onto the Internet and our house sold very quickly. All the paperwork, admin etc was completed very efficiently and we signed at the notary less than three months later. Highly recommended.
