We hebben 6 maanden met plezier in dit appartement gewoond. Het appartement was compleet, locaties zeer goed met restaurants, winkels en strand op loopafstand. Communicatie met Dominic en Laura was erg prettig. Ze reageren meteen wanneer we vragen hebben. We hebben echt genoten en komen zeker terug in Denia.

Via Dominic hebben we in Denia een huis gehuurd. Dominc is een erg prettig persoon qua communicatie. Hij reageert snel, is duidelijk en eerlijk. Hierdoor is alles heel vlot en goed verlopen.

We are a German couple, staying some winter months in a nice apartment in Denia. All of our questions as to the apartment as well as to the contract were promptly and friendly replied by Dominic. And he did a very good job as a mediator between the owner and us as tenants. From the first email contact I made to Dominic, to the very first day I then eventually got into my apartment to rent in Denia, I had the very best of service. I had help on every aspect by email, messages on what's app and voice calls too. He even visited me on the first day I arrived from the UK to make sure everything was alright and gave more local area advice too. He also gave a very good recommendation of a company of local lawyers/tax agents in helping me on the road to applying for residency. It has all been very much appreciated!

I am from the USA, relocated to the city of Valencia last year and was interested in renting a house in the beautiful town of Dénia for my permanent home. I have been working with “Yes Valencia”my original relocation service here in Valencia and they contacted Dominic at Marina Alta Living who arranged to show us a house in Las Rotas. I ended up really liking the house, but as is typical, there are always a few things that need to be worked out and negotiated. Dominic was up to the task. Everything was worked out quickly and I will soon be moving to Dénia. Dominic took the time to get to know me a bit and also offered me a lot of great information about different places and activities of interest to me. I could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Marina Alta Living.

Dominic is personable and did do exactly what I asked - unlock a door and coordinate a lease. This is my challenge. I found the unit I am living in on Idealista. To see the apartment, I had to use Dominic as he was the listing agent. So for me, the cost is WAY too high for the services I used. I met at the apartment, he let me in, he coordinated the lease and very clearly (abruptly?) told me if I needed any further assistance to contact the landlord. It is standard in this area for the tenant to pay the realtor fee, but I would personally like to have some sort of sliding scale. I didn't seek out Marina Alta to assist in my search, I had to use them because I wanted to view one apartment I found. The fee of one month's rent was really high in relation to the work performed. So yes, the job was done, but the cost for service was really high and the receipt for services arrived 5 weeks after the job. One piece of advice....to register my padron in Denia, I was required to have every page of the lease signed by the landlord and myself. Dominic was very emphatic about how this is the 21st century and that is not necessary - sadly, that approach caused me embarrassment and a challenge meeting my residency requirements. So, if you have to register your padron - insist on signed pages regardless of technology- it will ease your path.

Great experience with Marina Alta Living. Dominic is a very helpful and nice person. The day we contacted him for an appartment in Denia, we met him, he took the time to show us several options and a few hours later we had our rental appartment. Very reccomendable.
