‘Its mid-Winter, bright , sunny and warm and I am sampling a cold beer on my terrace whilst enjoying the general ambience. Its taken me almost 12 months to get this far, to find and to buy my own property in my chosen location. I am very happy. It has been an interesting journey, with plenty of ups and downs. And no matter how questioning I was before agreeing to view a property, even some viewings were obviously unsuitable without even having to go in. Something the Agent could have prevented. What I required was someone who actually LISTENED to what I wanted and then spent time searching, discussing and refining. Someone who actually spent time working on my individual requirements and effectively delivering a targeted selection of appropriate properties, who offered flexible viewings, provided timely answers to questions and had solid administration support throughout the process. 'When we pushed the door of the Coastline Properties agency following an announcement on the internet, we were not at our first agency. 'After much research in England to find an area in Spain to buy a Villa….My wife suggested Denia, as it seemed to be the least ruined by tourism and still very Spanish, a multitude of fantastic Restaurants, great local produce and a brilliant climate.
