Viviendas Excelentes

No cambien.

Just had a lovely week in Denia at a fantastic apartment managed by Andrea. What a smooth easy process. Lovely communications and was so easy. Usually stay in Denia every year, this is the first time using this agency but will definitely use again highly recommend. Thank you, The Lamberts

We have worked with Andrea for 8 years, we have lots of bookings throughout each year. She has always excelled with the care and attention she takes with our guests. I couldn’t wish for a nicer, more professional and more passionate person to look after our property. She is the best. Highly recommend

Very reliable property management, professional, reliable and fast response to any emergencies. This is particularly so during current Pandemic when they provide peace of mind that our property is being well looked after. Brian Evans

Muchas gracias.

Amazing service from Viviendas Excelentes S.L. over the last 12 plus years with many compliments from guests who have enjoyed the meet, greet and welcome service from Andrea and her colleagues. From my perspective as a property owner it has been so assuring to have a local managing agency who can be trusted to work so efficiently and professionally on my behalf. Highly recommended

We have dealt with Viviendas Execelentes S.L. For many years. We sold our house through them and now we holiday rent too, just booked a holiday lease for this year. Honest and reliable service.

We have used Viviendas Excelentes for our property rental for a couple of years now. Andrea and her team are brilliant. Nothing is to much trouble and she takes all the stress away. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent Property Management for us more than 5 years. Good priced, very reliable and trusted service. Professional and fast assistance during emergencies – help with lock, leakages, broken window - it is always a lot of them in a big family. Very flexible management with photo-reports - regular visits or visits on by request basis. Recommend for those who need very trusted management with key hand over for the whole year/years.

Totalmente recomendado grandes profesionales exquisito trato, amabilidad. Y servicio

Excellent management company that looks after all issues of our property in Spain. They have also managed some building work at the property, which was carried out in a very professional way.

Always a good, prompt, and caring service from Andrea..

Andrea and the team at Vivendas Excelentes have been great, always going that extra mile to help and advise. We have rented a property for 6 months and they have made it really easy and they have made a huge contribution to making our extended break here in Dénia a really fabulous experience. I can only talk from experience and would heartily recommend. We will be back!

A very high standard of service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

MICHEL.

We have used Viviendas Excelentes as our property manager and rental agent for 15 years. Andrea and the team provide a totally reliable and professional service which is so important for us. They always make sure the property is well looked after and provide support with any repairs or requirements we have. They have many rental clients who come back year after year and the great service they get is the reason for this. We are happy to recommend Andrea and the team whether you are looking for a holiday rental, purchase or property management.
