We contracted Vives Pons Homes to renovate our home and couldn't be happier with the results! They treated us with total honesty, making suggestions that saved us money and performed their work perfectly! From the project manager who was assigned to us, through all the experts that they brought (plumbers, carpenters, painters, windows, electricians and more) everyone did their work with exemplary professionalism and precision. We received weekly summaries of all the work that was done and the work plan for the following week so we always knew what was happening. They took exactly as much time as they estimated would be required to complete the job and did everything in their power to accommodate our every whim and change of mind. But the little things matter too: every time we came to visit the house we saw professionals working diligently and with maximum consideration of our neighbors. They treated our house with great respect and left it clean after every work day! Their home design department helped us tremendously to make all the right choices and remained on top of everything until we received every last order of furniture and appliances. We cannot express our gratitude enough and obviously recommend Vives Pons Homes wholeheartedly!!

Agence à fuir absolument. Notre expérience avec cette agence a été un vrai cauchemar. Ils ont tenté de nous vendre une maison en partie illégale (pas de permis, pas de régularisation possible, ou alors avec d’énormes contraintes ), tout en essayant de nous faire croire que tout était en ordre. Pire encore : leur propre cabinet d’avocats et service juridique étaient parfaitement au courant et ont couvert la situation, en nous priant instamment de ne pas demander à la mairie les documents récents. ?? On a vraiment eu l’impression d’un système bien rodé, où tout le monde se serre les coudes pour faire passer des ventes douteuses. Un vrai manque d’éthique, voire une malhonnêteté pure. I contacted Vives Pons in January 23 after my father became very ill and could no longer look after himself. I organised a consultation with the Director and Sales Executive who provided me with some excellent advice on how I should prepare the property for sale and what steps I needed to take to be successful. From the outset it was a considerable challenge given that I reside in the UK and the villa required some work and improvement to the decor before it could be sold. Nonetheless, the Director assisted me with some great ideas on making the property look desirable in the eyes of a buyer and the Sales Executive helped me restore areas of the villa that were degraded. Throughout early spring the Vives Pons team worked with me to make improvements and get the villa ready. High quality repairs were carried out at an affordable price and at every stage I was informed of what was happening. Additionally, the Director prevented me from making rudimentary mistakes that might detract from the sale of my fathers estate. Overall the end result was outstanding and I achieved what I wanted to with the sale. I cannot thank the Vives Pons Team enough including the receptionist who was wonderful and also helped when key staff were busy. It is fair to say that I strongly commend the Vives Pons Team to anyone who wants to sell their home and would expect like me that you will receive a first class service in your endeavours!

My wife and I had an excellent treatment with Vives Pons team,started with a phone call to Janet wanting to set an appointment,she was pleasant and knowledgeable then we had a wonderfull treat when we met with Sebastien,he was the most helpful and honest and because of him and Janet we recommended to our friends to use Vives Pons for their purchase of their new home. I used Vives Pons in the purchase of a property in Denia in 2012. Their legal team completed the purchase on my behalf. Their Architects designed a contemporary dwelling and their buildings company then completed the refurbishment on time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Working with Vives Pons Homes was beyond any of the expectations we had for building a house in Spain. They helped us choose the right plot for our new home, designed a great house with all our wishes, and built the house within time and budget. Imagine doing this throughout the Covid period as well, where we coulnd't travel to Spain and everything was managed online. The weekly photo updates helped a lot, not only in seeeing the progress, but also seeing things we might want to adapt during the building process. This resulted in 'zero regrets' or 'wished we'd done things different' after delivery. Now, 1 year after delivery we're still unbelievably happy with the second home they've built for us. We had a great experience with Vives Pons across the legal, real estate and construction teams. They helped us find and buy a plot of land, then design and build a property on it. Against all the advice of our friends, we had the property built through the first CoVid lockdown period when it was impossible for us to visit Spain and keep an eye on the work. We had already developed strong trust in their professionalism, integrity and attention to detail, so we decided to take a risk. Throughout the 12 month build process, they kept us up to date with weekly progress reports and photos. They delivered ahead of time and on budget. The quality was amazing and we have been thrilled. Since completion, there have been very few snags or problems and they have always been sorted out the same day or as soon as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone else. The entire team are a joy to work with.

Really great, professional service. They made everything really easy and understandable. All the documentation provided were excellent and on point with everything. They were really honest, flexible and open in terms of the budget and the timing of completion. We had no issues whatsoever, and if we had any doubts, they would answer and help us with everything we needed. They are a well known family business in Denia and really friendly. Definetily a recommendation if you are looking for any kind of construction and architecture services in the Costa Blanca.

My wife and I used Vives Pons to build a new home on land we owned in La Nucia, Alicante. The head of building, Miguel Angel, spoke excellent English and, together with his lawyer brother, Salvador, made the whole process very easy and straightforward. They worked from architect's plans and dealt with the town hall whenever necessary. We were living in England at the time but distance did not prove to be a problem. The house was completed in about 6 months and finished on budget, on time, and fully documented. The result is excellent. We are very pleased with it and would recommend Vives Pons to anyone thinking of having a new home built in Spain. They continue to service our housing needs when asked if we decide to change something around the house.
