Sehr empfehlenswert. Kein Makler wie jeder andere... es gibt Klischees von Maklern, Antonio ist das nicht. Sehr fürsorglich in allen Phasen. Arbeitet hart, aber ohne Druck auszuüben. Wir schätzen seine ruhige und zuvorkommende Art sehr, zumal er sich auch nicht scheut vor Gefahren oder Problemen zu warnen. Kein Verkäufer, sondern zuverlässiger Begleiter. My experience with Blumelia was super. Antonio, the owner, is very professional and really made it his priority to get to know me and find out what I was looking for. Je tiens à remercier l’agence immobilière Blue Med villas, et en particulier Laura qui parle parfaitement le français et Antonio qui a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans l’immobilier. L’agence a su être à l’écoute, ils ont répondu à toutes les questions avec beaucoup de patience et de professionnalisme. Grace à eux, j’ai pu acheter un Atico (duplex) à l’endroit où je rêvais et en très bon état avec parking, cave,… Au départ, j’ai pris un avocat et après je me suis senti en confiance, et j’ai limité les frais juridique. Antonio a travaillé pour le vendeur et pour moi l’acheteur, il a été équitable. Il a fait les recherches nécessaires (dettes, hypothèque, IBI..) pour éviter les surprises le jour de la signature. Après la signature chez le notaire, ils m’ont accompagné pour les démarches administratives (eaux, électricité,…), ils m’ont présenté à la société qui gèrent la copropriété. Je recommande fortement cette agence à Dénia.

Antonio is one of the top real estate agents in Denia. He is trustworthy, super profesional and helpfull and speaks very good English. Compared to other winter lets we had in Spain this was by far the best and honest service we have ever received. He even introduced us to his contat at the bank who spoke English so we could open a bank account. We bought a house in Denia, Spain, through Blue Med Villas in december 2016. Antonio, the real estate agent, was helpful and honest throughout the whole process. Apart from spanish and valenciano, Antonio also speaks good english and I believe also quite good german. As a real bonus he has been very helpful even after the purchase, and among other things, helped us when we urgently needed to install air condition in high season. Even if the purchase was some years ago we still have contact with Antonio and his family. Both my wife and I can highly recommend Blue Med Villas when you are looking to buy a house in this beautiful region of Spain!
