Avoid. Booked one of their villas on the strength on guidance from Costa Brava Connections. The villa was next to a road, which wasn't accurately described. I specifically asked in advance about the noise of the road, which they replied was subjective. In other words you need to experience it for yourself to determine if it was loud or not. When we arrived, the villa overlooked a very busy road, the noise was overwhelming. It ruined our experience, meaning we spent little time there to avoid it. Had it been accurately described, i.e. the villa overlooks a busy road, I would not have booked. Plus the villa was infested with ants. I have two small children, who inevitable drop food when eating. The Owners implied that I needed to immediately clean up food to stop ants, this isn't really practical. They should have put measures in place to review the ants and act when needed. They did not do this. When I arrived, I immediately phoned to complain about the noise and asked to be moved. They said they were unable to move us and that they'd speak to the owners to seek resolution. I never heard from them again. When I got home and complained, they completely disregarded the complaint and suggested it was because I was from "an entitled generation". The fact that I had a stressful experience meant little to them. I paid a lot of money for the villa and this lack of clarity around traffic noise resulted in a stressful experience, when I should have been relaxing under the sun. I therefore, rightly, asked for a refund, which I did not receive. Terrible customer services. Do not use.

We had a fabulous week in Begur. CBC were fantastic. House was as pictured, it was well maintained, clean and the supplied information book have us all the places to eat, things to do etc. We will be back next year to book again.
