Sophie sold our home in Girona and was excellent from the first visit through to completion. The promotional photos and video were first class and our buyer, a US couple living in the Netherlands, were a remote buyer and it was clear the 360 degree videos had secured the sale. Issues arose after the sale was agreed with a discrepancy on the land registry of our plot and Sophie went above and beyond to get it resolved and keep the sale on track. We would recommend Sophie and her team to anyone in Girona. Her multi lingual skills particularly helpful for an international transaction like ours.

We were very lucky to meet Sophie. For the first time I meet a person who works (like me) at any time, always in touch. Such an attitude, you immediately feel that she is the owner of the business and treats the matter very responsibly. Sophie not only formally fulfilled her duties as an agent, but still helps us to adapt to life in Girona We don't speak Spanish, Girona Homes was the first agency that answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. We could not recommend Girona Homes more! Sophie has been incredible and we wouldn’t have been able to move to Girona without her. She found us a beautiful flat very quickly and helped us with all of our moving logistics (as we don’t speak Spanish, this included setting up our electricity etc for us) and took all the stress out of the moving process. She went above and beyond to help us even after we had moved into the flat (which is perfect!) - putting us in contact with people who could help us set up a bank account and internet (which is very complicated in Spain), recommending lawyers, cleaners etc. I don’t know what we would do without Sophie so we feel very grateful that we found her!

if you are looking to rent or buy in, or near Girona then make sure you speak with Sophie first - we would not have been able to progress with sale, or deal with any of the challenges faced by foreign owners without her. Eveyone in Girona knows and recommends her, with good reason
