Our stay at the rented villa in Calonge was a truly enjoyable week. The place is perfect for relaxing in peace and comfort. There was a beautiful view, a well-maintained garden, everything was spotlessly clean, and all the necessary amenities were in place. Communication with the agency was excellent – very professional and smooth throughout. In november 2019 kochten we onze villa in Sant Antoni de Calonge en vanaf de eerste dag is de samenwerking geweldig. Voor zowel de administratieve zaken bij aankoop van een woning tot aan verbouwingen en het maandelijkse onderhoud van tuin en zwembad. De reactiesnelheid is super en niets is te gek. Wij adviseren Quality Estates dan ook meer dan aan!!

Casa espectacular en zona tranquila a la salida de Calonge, totalmente equipada, recomendable para descansar y relajarse.

No se como serán vendiendo, pero en mi caso un desastre. Me llamo una señora porq habian visto mi anuncio en vibbo y me dijeron q tenian unos clientes q necesitaban una casa como la mia, toda en planta baja y acepté q vinieran. La señora q tenia q venir a hacer fotos me dio plantón. Llamé y me dijo q no pensaba venir porq no hacia buen dia para fotos, me quejo de q no avisara, al final dice q viene y quedamos , media hora despues de la cita no habia aparecido, llamo a la agencia y la chica dice q si q ha salido, la llaman y la llaman y no aparece, 2 horas despues se planta en casa como si tal cosa. Hace 3 fotos, me dice q se queda con las q le pase yo y se va. El contrato no reflejaba el precio acordado, con los dias me dicen q han colgado mi casa en su web y entro y veo q las fotos y la descripcion estan mal. De eso hace meses y de los clientes esos q tenian nunca mas supe, supongo q era mentira, y a dia de hoy no se nada mas de ellos.
