How fortunate that we came into contact with Aranxta immediately during the first viewing. Not at all the definition of a standard real estate agent, but she is a real people person. We arrived as a family at the site of the viewing and Aranxta was already there waiting for us. A pleasant, sincere introduction immediately followed. She took her time and understood our wishes very well. Our Spanish has not yet progressed that far, which makes it very pleasant that English can be spoken at such important moments as buying a house in Spain. Aranxta has the complete picture, she has a lot of knowledge, radiates peace, is incredibly friendly, sincere, honest and she thinks along with you. Für uns persönlich war das eine tolle Erfahrung, v.a. Davids ausführliche und detaillierte Beschreibung und Beratungen. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, dass uns etwas zwanghaft unterbreitet und verkauft werden soll. Dafür nochmals vielen vielen Dank. Mit gutem Gefühl kann ich RuralCoast weiter empfehlen. Despues de un año buscando nuestra casa soñada con distintas inmobiliarias contactamos con RuralCoast. Un Team de profesionales que dan todo por el cliente, con tiempo , ayuda ,dedicación. We vonden het best spannend om in een vreemd land een huis te kopen. Dan ben je op zoek naar een betrouwbare partij die je daarbij kan helpen. Deze betrouwbare partij vonden we bij Kate en haar team. Samen met Kate en David hebben we verschillende huizen bezocht. Zij hadden goed begrepen wat onze wensen en ideeën waren. Hierdoor hebben we vrij snel ons droomhuis gevonden. De begeleiding bij de aankoop was perfect! Kate komt haar afspraken na en ontzorgt je in het hele proces. Ze heeft een groot netwerk van mensen die je tijdens, maar ook na de aankoop verder kunnen helpen. Bij een eventuele volgende aan- of verkoop, zullen we zeker weer gebruik gaan maken van de diensten van Rural Coast.

We love the new office in El Campello with a restaurant attached to it. It's big and easy to access, walk around to look at the photos of the houses they have for sale. You can not fault the staff so polite and helpful they are A+++ I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them in the future. Well done Rural Coast.
