Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer Super ordentlichen sauberen Wohnung mit allem Details, die wir uns vorstellen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I wanted to cancel my holiday booking, and they gave me 48 hours to decide whether I wanted to transfer the booking to another person’s name or receive a refund for half of the total amount. I decided not to bother with transferring it and confirmed that I wanted the refund instead. They asked for my bank details, which I provided immediately. However, after days and then weeks, nothing happened. At the moment, they don’t answer the phone — and when they do, they suddenly pretend not to speak English. I have sent several emails in both English and Spanish, but have received no reply at all. I have been waiting for my money since August, and I deeply regret cancelling my holiday instead of giving the booking to a family member. Of course, they have since re-sold the apartment for that same week, meaning they likely received double income for that period. Now I plan to take legal action, as even last week they promised to call me back, and today, once again, they “forgot” how to speak English on the phone.

Je conseilles vivement cette société de location pour plusieurs raisons. Qualité/prix de leurs locations et qualité de leurs collaborateurs comme Alex, Sébastien et surtout Roxanna qui est toujours au petit soin avec nous et durant tout notre séjour. Je vais a Alicante depuis plusieurs années mais c'est la 1er fois que je loue chez eux et je vous les conseille sincèrement. Imene

We had a cancelled flight to Malaga which we changed to Alicante and then had to find accommodation for 6 of us when we arrived. The communication and service from start to finish was amazing. The apartment was just as advertised and in a beautiful area. Had all the amenities you could ever want. Thank you so much for our lovely stay and service x

We had a wonderful family holiday at the villa with 9 adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The villa is beautifully maintained and kept immaculately clean. It's in a peaceful location, perfect for a restful getaway. Alex was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist with anything we needed or any questions we had. The pool area was fantastic, and the ping pong table was a fun bonus that everyone enjoyed. The villa also has easy access to the tram stop and is close to local bars and restaurants, making it very convenient. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return!

Me and my mother stayed here El Campello for 10 days the apartment we got was immaculately clean and had everything you need. Great kitchen area living room and the balcony was amazing the sun shines on the balcony for most of the day, there was also a pool in the complex which was nice. Nice comfortable beds. Great shower and bathrooms. The only downside is that it was near a main road but quickly got over that. Very close to the beach which was only 2-3minute walk. The supermarket and restaurants are close by. Tram was a 10 minute walk away. Would highly recommend booking with this company if you are going to this area. They also organised a transfer to and from the airport for us. Really enjoyed my stay here Thank you

We spent 5 wonderful days at the Villa Cala Brisa. Everything was perfect and Alex our host was super helpful and nice.

So so happy I booked this apartment. Such an easy process from start to finish Roxana was super helpful and Alex was amazing constantly going above and beyond. The villa had everything we needed and felt so safe, could not fault it will definitely be returning :)

Excellent apartment at Bonito Piso El Drac in El Campello. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the apartment. Very near the beach and restaurants. Alex from Lets Holiday Rentals was there to meet us on arrival and extremely helpful during our visit. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We were 11 students who rent a villa in El campello with Lets Holiday Rentals. The villa was so beautiful, with a pool and a grill, and close to the beach! The villa was clean and there were towels for the shower and for the beach! The staff maked sure for a good check in and check out, they were very flexible and the communication was good. I give this trip 10/10! Thank you so much for a nice stay🫶🏼

Really excellent service and superb apartment

We stayed at Villa Amarilla, just outside the main part of El Campello, which was very comfortable and perfect for our group of 4 adults - though could have easily accommodated more. As well as a garden with a private pool (deep throughout) and plenty of sunbeds there was also a roof terrace. The location was great - within 10/15 mins walk there were a few restaurants, a small but well stocked supermarket and a little beach. The tram station was just a few minutes more providing a regular service to Alicante and Benidorm. Excellent service at all times from Alex and Roxana.

Bonjour, Nous avons loué la villa Carichel Blanc qui était un excellent choix pour toute la famille parents, enfants, beaux enfants et petits enfants une belle expérience dans une belle région d'Espagne (Alicante) merci à Roxana et Alex qui ont participé au bon déroulement de notre séjour.

I would highly recommend this apartment. It’s clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was beach umbrellas, toys and everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The location is great, near the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The pool area is well maintained. The staff are superb and so helpful. Alex was fantastic. We will be back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Toute la famille a adoré, et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le premier jour. Hemos pasado unos días en Campello en el apartamento Play Camp. El apartamento está impecable, con unas vistas maravillosas de la playa y con todas las comodidades para 6-8 personas, nosotros fuimos 4 adultos y 4 niños. El personal muy atento en todo momento hasta fuera de horario. Si tenemos la oportunidad, repetiríamos con ellos.

Hemos pasado una semana súper tranquila. Las vistas del apartamento son inmejorables, el acceso a la playa desde la piscina súper Cómodo. Nos ha encantado. Súper recomendable

Muy buena experiencia con Roxana y su equipo, en Emperador II. La comunicación y el trato han sido inmejorables. La ubicación es perfecta, apenas a 50 metros de la playa y el paseo marítimo, y con dos supermercados a 2 minutos a pie. El apartamento estaba impecable, tal y como aparece en las fotos. Magnífica terraza para ver el amanecer o tomar algo a última hora del día, cuando ya no aprieta tanto el calor. Por poner un pero, hemos echado en falta un microondas. Nos hubiera resultado de utilidad teniendo en cuenta que hemos viajado con un niño pequeñito. Incluyendo ese pequeño electrodoméstico, el equipamiento de la casa será del 100%. Si algún día volvemos a El Campello, contaremos de nuevo con vosotros. Saludos!!

It was a great family stay. We rented the hause, it was perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. The whole communication was very timely, friendly and helpful and I appreciate all the guidance and support. It was amazing stay and I am highly recommend Let s Holiday Rentals!

WOW what an amazing view in a lovley quiet peacefull area my idea of heaven the view and apartment is exactly like the pictures , its fitted with everything you need supermarket right around the corner my only advise ( bring your own tea bags ) thanks alex and roxana they were very helpfull with any inquires any time of the day or night what a fantastic holiday june 24 we will be back many more times

El Campello, Spain, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Fantastic apartment! It is equipped with everything for a beach holiday. Toys, cart, towel, chair, parasol for beach. The layout of the apartment is very good, we were able to eat every meal in the shade on the terrace. The apartment does not heat up, the air conditioning only had to be used for almost half an hour a day. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. The water in the pool is at a pleasant temperature. In an excellent location, the beach is a few minutes' walk away. Kind, helpful contacts. I highly recommend Let's Holiday Rentals!

We, as a group of 5 sisters, are just back from the beautiful Jakarta frontline apartment 2 and it was a wonderful holiday from beginning to end. The communication from Let's Holiday Rentals was great and I felt very confident that if something wasn't as it should be they would be available right away as I had several ways of contacting them and they had been so quick to answer my questions before we even started our holiday but everything was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want. We can't wait to come back.

Our group (8 people) stayed here for our beachvolleyball camp for the past two years. The hosts are amazing and will help you with any needs. We will definetely be booking the villa again, hopefully next year the open space in the garden will have some work done! It's such a shame that the space is not used.

Recientemente alquilamos un apartamento en primera línea en El Campello para unas vacaciones familiares y el servicio que recibimos superó todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva, Alex y Sebastian estuvieron disponibles para responder a todas nuestras preguntas y preocupaciones, incluso antes de nuestra llegada. Su profesionalismo y atención al detalle nos dieron una gran tranquilidad. Cuando llegamos al apartamento, nos quedamos impresionados por lo limpio que estaba y lo fiel que era la presentación a las fotos en línea. Todo estaba perfectamente preparado para nuestra estadía. El Campello en sí nos conquistó con su encanto costero, y pudimos disfrutar plenamente de la playa y de los numerosos restaurantes que la rodean. Hemos alquilado un chalet para 10 personas para la primera quincena de Agosto para 3 familias y la verdad que lo hemos pasado genial . La casa estaba muy limpia , equipada con todo lo necesario y la piscina una pasada . Seguramente repetiremos . Hasta la proxima

El frigorífico sucio y no enfriaba, ni tostadora, hormigas, cucarachas, sucio , te ponen la excusa de que les cuesta 70 euros la limpieza y excusas baratas, lo único bueno la piscina y la zona

Nuestra estancia en Villa Mistral fue excelente. Buena calidad precio, todo limpio y con una piscina muy bonita.

Alquilamos un apartamento en agosto con ellos ( mis padres,mi hermana y su marido y nosotros ,con nuestros niños),llegamos un sábado y al poner a funcionar el aire acondicionado,se saltaban los plomos....al llamar me dieron largas ,que claro al ser sábado....pero no volvieron a ponerse en contacto con nosotros durante toda la estancia...nos apañamos sin poner a la vez todos los aparatos ,pero claro si tú anuncias un apartamento con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias...se debería poder usar en todas ellas. Uno de los baños, no tragaba nada,pero viendo el caso que nos habían hecho lo tuvimos que desatascar nosotros mismos. El último día que si nos llamaron para dejar las llaves,y fue entonces cuando Sebastián nos dijo que no había suficiente potencia contratada por los dueños,por eso lo de los plomos y que nos devolvía una noche por las molestias. Le pasamos el número de cuenta y después de un mes seguían sin hacernos la devolución . Al reclamarlo y por hacerlo más fácil y ya que es difícil encontrar algo para tantas personas cerca del mar,quedamos con Sebastián en dejarlo de depósito ,para este verano 2023. Nuestra sorpresa ha sido encontrarnos con que el piso lo han reservado a otras personas,al llamarle nos dice que no hay problema que tiene muchas propiedades...pretendiendo meternos a 10 personas en un apartamento para 6. En definitiva son como muchas personas dicen unos estafadores y gente sin seriedad, ni tenemos nuestro abono( porque no lo han devuelto a día de hoy) y lo que es peor donde pasar nuestras vacaciones ,ya que a estas alturas encontrar algo es bastante complicado,por no decir imposible.

Afortunadamente tenemos pruebas gráficas además de testimonios de vecinos que amablemente se ofrecieron a actuar como terceros para demostrar ante consumo que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y que no existía ni lavavajillas ni tres baños. A todo aquel usuario que necesite saber si hay que pagar 30 días antes que sepan que es mentira, para eso se pide la garantía de pago con una tarjeta de crédito. Para dedicarse a esto HAY QUE SABER TRATAR AL CLIENTE y las dos personas que regentan esta agencia desconocen como hacerlo. Ya están denunciados. Parece ser que ahora exigir tus derechos como consumidor y cliente es faltar al respeto.

Estafadores que solo les interesa cobrar sin atender ni una sola de las peticiones de sus clientes. Malas prácticas. Mienten en el anuncio y no se hacen responsables.

Empresa seria y muy formales, tanto a la hora de las reservas, como en nuestra estancia en el apartamento, se estropeó un tostador y en menos de 24 horas teníamos uno nuevo, apartamento muy limpio y confortable,recomendable 100*100,

Had to cancel/postpone holiday 2020 due to covid .No response to email,no money back ,no confirmation of new booking -shocking !

Mala gestión y compromiso. Nos hizo pedir un día de trabajo para hacer una visita. Nunca nos envió la dirección del lugar que queríamos alquilar y no atendía el teléfono.

Excellent location and price value.Overall very clean.The view is spectacular and I cannot to wait to go back there.

We rented a “Superb” 10 person villa with airco on carrer del Pins in El Campello. And from the day we arrived iT was a nightmare. Our contact Alex did what he could And Allso Saïd iT was not worth what we pais for. RobinsonsRentals were not responding at all on Some of our comments giving us the reply that they got 5 star revieuws so that mens there is something wrong with us not them!! Then the Fact that they quickly removed the add of the house on Airbnb says it all. Of course! Now we can not give a bad revieuw... From the first moment we were open and understanding about everything. The response was not on the first day And we are still waiting for an answer on the requests like the vacuümcleaner, pans and the electrical problems. The house,when we arrived, should be superb fulltime airco (Add airbnb) but is was far from perfect, not even ok but just terrible. With 2 terrible leaking airco’s (And only in the living And bedroom), 3 broken showers, very dirty house and pool, rooms that are actually broomclosets, beds that are actually planks, elektricity that shuts off 4 times a day And a diswasher that is comming apart (we took allot of foto’s) they deliverd a house that can not be rented at €6600!! Alex, our contact, saw it all and agreed iT was not acceptable Quality, not a 10 persons house and certainly not €6.600 worth. He did what he could but is apparently bound by the willingness of robinsons rental organisation and/or that of the owner of the house. We asked several times for them to do the right thing and give us a resonable refund so we can forget about this house. Nothing.. there is No more answer from the rental company! We feel stolen from! Have not had 1 Good night of sleep because of the beds out of the 18th century. And shioban just says: you have To leave the house monday at 12, the cleaners Will be there, enjoy your stay??!?!!?? Finaly: The owner and/or robinsons rentals should be ashamed to collect €6600 for 2 weeks. So all summer times 8?! but seems to be to cheap to buy pans €150, vacuümcleaner €90, extra sheets €70, electrician €750, beds from this century €1500.
