What I liked about Leanne and Tim was that they were patient, friendly and great with communications. I've been involved in trying to sell my mother's house, and Spain has various bureaucratic steps that won't be obvious to your average Brit. Tim explained this and helped guide us through the process, whilst always being patient as we dealt with things at our end. Highly recommended.

Tim was the agent that was leading the selling. He was amazing and very supportive at all times at the beginning of the sale. He even did a life video for us as we were buying from the UK but forgot to tell me about the hidden problems within the house. After few months what I bought as a excellent conditions house, became a nightmare. still trying to deal with the repairs that were not mentioned during the sale. I would recommend to ask neighbours and take a little longer to decide to buy a house. after the sale... no one cares about you!

Peor inmobiliaria,nada de organización,comunicación y profesionalismo.Contacto con ellos para información de un local :11/03/2024 a las 15:55 nada,12/03/2024 a las 20:14 pregunto si es disponible, otra vez nada,13/03/2024 a las 12:55 contacta conmigo Leanne y me dice qué tiene que hablar con dueño para verlo viernes por la mañana, porque tienen qué avisarle con antelación ,a las 17:28 fue su ultimo mensaje,14/03/2024 a las 15 :53 pregunto si me puede confirmar cita para viernes ,a las 18:25 por fin me responde , con esto (Hola, lo siento mucho hemos podido hablar con la inquilina y ayer se firmó el traspaso de la panadería) , no entiendo porque me llaman ,parece cámara oculta.No recomiendo.Sin comentarios.Día después de mi reseña me llama Leanne intentando probar si puedo cambiar o quitar reseña.Vergonzoso.Si quieres crecer tienes que aceptar criticas, respeto no se gana con reseñas falsas.No recomiendo, para mi fue una muy mala experiencia.

Como hemos comentado esta mañana por teléfono, el propietario del inmueble que usted solicitó ver no respondió inmediatamente a nuestra solicitud de visita y luego nos informó de que ya se había concertado una venta a través de otra agencia inmobiliaria. Creemos que fuimos receptivos y atentos a su solicitud, pero lamentablemente no éramos los únicos agentes de la propiedad. Siempre intentamos ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente, y en esta ocasión no pudimos satisfacer su petición.

I cannot rate the service provided from Tim at Eden Casas highly enough! From my first enquiry about a property Tim made sure we understood the process and all associated costs so there would be no surprises. When we travelled to Alicante he met and showed us the property he was dealing with but also arranged for us to see properties on other agents books (it's an arrangement between both agents). We (my husband and I) both felt extremely comfortable dealing with him. From 1st viewing property to getting the keys took just over 2 months....including Christmas! This is largely down to Tim who cut through mis interpretations and clarified everyone's position and understanding to make sure we could meet our closing date. His attendance at the signing over was also so helpful. Tim has superb local knowledge. Throughout the whole process he was available to answer any query. Even after we had moved in he was still helping us with our settling in. A huge thank you from The Blakes in our lovely Coveta Fuma home!
