I would recommend using De La Luz to anyone ,there service is first class . We had been looking to purchase in Vejer for a few years, and nearly gave up has we struggled to get service and information. Then we came across Kaly , from day one she was very professional and understood our needs . We decided on a new build of plan , we couldn't have done this without the impeccable help from her . This didn't only include the purchase, but all the extras with the house like the kitchen and all the other extras available. There were many emails translating the builders options and requests, she also recommended a very good solicitor. After all this she also helped with our NIE numbers, and sorted a bank account out for ourselves. There were many other helpful things passed to ourselves, too many to mention, and even after the purchase Kaly and Duncan are still helping , sorting and advising things out to help us , she never stops nothing is too much trouble. We have known Kaly and her team several years whilst selling our property in Vejer. We encountered lots of legal problems, which Kaly dealt with and advised us on extremely professionally and efficiently. All emails and phonecalls were answered very promptly! The whole process of selling took about 2 years due to legal issues with our property and a lesser person than her would have given up! Nos encontraron la casa que queriamos, nos ayudaron en los tramites a gestionar una vez comprada ( cambio de nombre suministros, basuras, alcantarillado y entrada parking). En todo momento comunicados vía telefónica y a través de un grupo de whassap para tener constancia por escrito de todos los trámites. Recomiendo.
