We rented an apartment for long-term rent in Valgrande through this company.After 2 years of living, when extending for the 3rd year, Agent Veronica misleaded us regarding the rental price..The realtor pretended that she did not know on what conditions, according to the law, the tenant can extend the contract.Threatened with termination. .I had to stop editing with her and notify the owner about the extension myself with the help of our lawyer.When the contract was completed, the owner did not want to return the deposit and sign the act of returning the apartment.The same realtor reported that there were allegedly damages in the apartment and sent a photo..however, when she was proved that this was a lie, she immediately disappeared and stopped commenting on anything and offered to communicate with the owner directly. That is, she again tried to deceive the tenant on the side of the owner. In general, I do not advise using this agency..they will help to deceive you at the first opportunity.

No me gusto el trato para nada, me gusta que me traten bien y con educación sin mirarme por encima del hombro porque no sabe cuanto dinero tengo ni cuanto voy a gastarme así que en ese sentido pésimo!!

To whom it may concern, I have been looking for a house in the South of Spain for 2 years now, I come here with my family in the summer always renting, but no real estate agents ever presented me with the right house for me to buy,untill I went to Lancaster in Sotogrande, not only did they present me with an amazing house to rent for the summer, but the price was so right I bought it 2 weeks after staying there, it was all thanks to Sig. Lili who invited me and my family to her house for a home cooked meal and consultated me to buy the perfect house. I am forever grateful for her service and I strongly recommend them because not only did they help with the house but also with all the legal matters since I was a foreigner to the country!
