Finca La Cantarera

Geweldige locatie als uitvalsbasis om trekvogels te spotten. Riante woning met nette kamers. Alles aanwezig in de keuken. Prima bedden.

Lovely place to relax near Tarifa. The place is close enough to the town to enjoy all the benefits but the place is really nice and quiet. We really loved the animals all around. The house we rented was simpel, but everything you need is there, and the host was really friendly.

We spent 9 nights at the accommodation. It was very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. It’s only a half hour walk to Tarifa town along a quiet country lane. The accommodation was a good size and very clean and well equipped. It combined modern facilities with rustic charm. The hostess and her staff were lovely and helpful. We were very comfortable and relaxed and intend to return.

A small, relaxing stay surrounded by beautiful nature – perfect for slowing down and recharging. The peaceful setting and the very kind, helpful host made the experience truly enjoyable.

Great place, great location, great host… Close to the city, but still out in nature. Close to great views and bird watching. And very cute animals. 🙂

The finca is as described. The place is quiet, the outdoor garden is shaded, and Mrs. Jane's animals complete the welcome. Mrs. Jane and Mrs. Nina are always quick to respond to any questions you may have. Thank you.

Buen servicio, atencion perfecta y todo muy rapido. Lo hemos usado como alojamiento temporal como empresa y tanto nosotros como empresa, así como los compañeros que se han alojado han estado encantados.

Jane, quien gestiona con gran valentía esta finca de 8 hectáreas de gestión ecológica, nos recibió con una cálida bienvenida. Jane cuida animales en su finca, incluyendo algunos de refugios. Las tres unidades de alquiler son magníficas. La nuestra, la espaciosa PONIENTE (100 m²) en un entorno idílico, nos proporcionó una estancia maravillosa. No le faltó nada para nuestra comodidad: servicios, aparcamiento, un entorno precioso y paz y tranquilidad, a pesar de estar a un paso de TARIFA, con su casco antiguo y sus legendarias playas. La relación calidad-precio es excelente e inigualable en TARIFA. No es solo una parada de vacaciones, sino también un verdadero momento de paz y felicidad. Gracias, Jane 👍🙏

What an absolute gem of a place. Set in beautiful surroundings, quiet but not too isolated Finca La Cantarera will definitely be recommended by us. It has everything that we wanted.... peace and quiet, gorgeous walks , close to beaches and a 20/25 minute walk into town along a pretty pathway. The finca has a relaxed feel to it, plenty of space and well equipped and above all one of the cleanest places we have stayed, spotless and fresh! Jane and her team were very friendly and helpful, made to feel at home from the start. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

We highly recommend the beauty and serenity of Finca La Cantarera! It’s so wonderful to be in a lovely space with horses, donkeys, ducks, and a healing goat. The farm is also an awesome bird watching spot filled with wild flowers. We felt so welcome!

The property is surrounded by nature and is very peaceful, it is a perfect break away from city environments in exchange of vibrant nature—- also within walking distance from CIMA and the coast with beautiful views of Tarifa. It is kept very clean and with all utilities one needs for a short stay. The hostess Jane lived there for over 20 years and knows the region very well and can give you excellent advice. She has wild horses and donkeys grazing on the land that she kept wild. I am also very grateful for her advice on how to book local birding company. Too bad I only had a chat with her once during the stay. She is very friendly and very helpful.

Un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días en la zona. Sobre todo si quieres alejarte del bullicio. Dispone de todo lo necesario y está muy limpio. Nos ha gustado mucho.

Gemütliche Wohneinheit in einer Finca mit kleiner Terrasse inkl. Grill. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat die wichtigsten Sachen (Gewürze, Öl etc) auf Vorrat. Auch das Bad ist sauber und in einem super Zustand. Die Betten bequem und genügend Platz in den Schränken gibt es auch. Obwohl es keine Klimaanlage hat, war es im August bei warmen Temperaturen draussen im Haus angenehm zum Schlafen. Absolut empfehlenswert auch aufgrund der Lage nahe an Tarifa und die tolle Betreuung der Vermieterin.

Absolutely fantastic! Warm welcome. Spacey rooms and comfortable beds. Farmhouse feeling in touch with horses. Nice BBQ shelter. In few minutes in Tarifa centre. Simply great!

Que decir de esta Finca . Lo mejor es que la visitéis y la disfrutéis , cerquita de Tarifa(2km) en medio de la naturaleza y con un clima ideal. Apartamentos con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del descanso . Gracias Annie, por tu acogida y a ti Jane por tener una Finca tan tan bonita,,,,

Eine sehr idyllische und schöne Unterkunft vor den Toren von Tarifa. Sehr gut zum Relaxen. Unsere Kinder freuten sich über schnelles Internet. Die Vermieterin Jane war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Na první pohled pokoje vypadají velmi útulně, ale hodně špatné připojení Wi-Fi, dále nám nevyhovovalo WC, také by to chtělo vyvětrat, místnosti byly cítit zatuchlé, také lepší barevné či teplé světlo v kuchyni a obývacím pokoji, všude velmi studená barva žárovek. S pobytem jsme byli spokojeni jen částečně. Naopak kdo má rád koně, může je denně obdivovat.

Great place! Located in quiet place far enough from the civilization, so you can easily relax here. In fact this is farmhouse with a lot of horses, goats, chickens, donkeys in the area behind the building ;) The owner is very pleasant lady from UK, who speaks perfectly both English and Spanish. Good rooms and views from the patio. Wifi is quite stable, good enough even for work, however rather not enough for video calls.
