I lived near Tarifa for years and still go often, alone and also with the family and there is no one else but the super efficient and helpful Catherine at Tarifa Beach Houses that I would turn to to find us somewhere to stay...they have all the best and most beautiful properties on their books and because she is local her insider knowledge and customer service is second to none. We send every friend heading down there straight to her too...I cannot recommend TBH more highly. Sophie

We were lucky to find this house through our research for a family vacation in the Algeciras area. This house have everything you would need for a nice, wonderful, in the nature , with all the accommodations, nice pool, and more. I strongly recommand this place if you look for for tranquillité, at 15 min drive from downtown a big City like Algeciras.

Why do you come to Tarifa ? Nature, views, the best beaches, the energy of the wind, and where best to preside over all this magic ? The Little Stone House. It’s like a designer nest high up, with the most incredible views back to Tarifa, looking over to the might of Jebel Musaf in Morocco and a broad visual swoop of the hills that create the backdrop to this arena of beauty. The Stone House is an aesthetic tent of stone, glass and guiding beams. It’s calm inside, light infused, natural colours, design icons and natural materials hold you in a tranquil space. The kitchen has everything you need, all modcons and we barbecued outside under the stars. The light is ever changing, sunrises, sunsets, moonlight, every palette of colour. Come to relax, to kite surf, to eat, to walk and be in nature.

Das „Little Stone House“ ist in jeder Hinsicht herausragend. Das Haus mit seiner sehr ansprechenden, zugleich sehr funktionalen Architektur, mit seiner Alleinlage und dem grandiosen Blick auf das Meer, machen den Aufenthalt zu einem „once in a lifetime experience“. Die Küche liegt zentral, verfügt über einen Gasherd, ist gut ausgestattet und mit etwas Glück schauen einem die Kühe beim Kochen über die Schulter. Das Haus ist mit seinen Panoramafenstern lichtdurchflutet, hell und freundlich. Der Wohn-/Schlafbereich liegt geringfügig höher, verfügt über einen großen Esstisch, eine gemütliche Sitzecke zum Chillen und das nicht allzu große, aber sehr gute Bett. Das Bad ist klein, aber fein. Sehr schön ist auch der Außenbereich angelegt. Ein Sitzplatz mit Sonnenschirm, ideal um das Frühstück mit Ausblick zu genießen. Super auch der gasbetriebene „Weber-Grll“.Direkt am Haus befindet sich eine windgeschütze Lounge-Ecke zum Lesen und Träumen. Supernett und stets erreichbar (für die kleinen oder größeren Fragen) die Gastgeber😊 Vom Haus gehen direkt Wanderwege in die atemberaubend schöne Landschaft, vorbei an wildgrasenden Pferden, durch duftende Pinienwälder.Die Bucht von Tarifa mit ihrem weitläufigen Sandstrand liegt einem zu Füßen… eine der schönsten Urlaubswochen, die wir je verbringen durften! 😍😍😍

Our house was the perfect base to explore Tarifa and its beautiful surroundings. The annexe for our teenager was perfect and its terrace the best spot for evening yoga and watching the sunset. The basketball hoop was also a big hit! Highly recommend day trips to Tangier and Jerez. All organised for us by Tarifa Beach Houses. I felt no question was too small and we had excellent recommendations of where to eat and drink. Lovely hikes directly above the house with stunning views and wandering horses and donkeys. We also loved playing tennis on the hotel courts just below us. Typing this makes me desperate to go back!

From the calibre of the residences we stay in - all have been beautiful and such an exceptional standard - to the care and advice on arrival and throughout the stay, if needed. We only ever book with Cat and her team when we are on the Costa de la Luz. And we even got engaged at one of TBH's holiday homes...!

Cat at Tarifa Beach Houses is the best! Always, year on year, finds us the most gorgeous houses to rent for family gatherings and is on it with all the relevant help and information, also being a mine of brilliant tips for local restaurants, bars, shops etc. We know we are always in the safest hands.

I started staying at The Stone House and then fell in love with it and Tarifa.. when it isn’t free we have stayed in about 6 other properties and they’ve always been very different but similar in how they are exceptional holiday houses.. they always have everything you need and then something extra.. a view of Africa, a natural pool, a path to the beach, a place hidden in the natural parque.. Never would book my Tarifa holiday anywhere else. Excellent service on the rare moments you have questions that aren’t already answered. Love Tarifa and the beach houses.

we have been travelling to Tarifa and renting from Tarifa Beach Houses for 10+ years, the houses we have stayed in have been wonderful and varied - houses in national park with cows and donkeys casually part of your garden, family houses with wildly wonderful views of Africa with your morning coffee's, really unique. the service from Tarifa Beach houses has always been so easy, checking in and out very straightforward and trusting and any issue we have had sorted swiftly. CANT WAIT TO BE BACK THERE!

We were staying in the Wallpaper house, and probably had one of our best trip as a family. The surrounding nature, while still being really close to the beaches and the city center was all that we were looking for. We'll definitely love to come back !

Casa Helechos was a perfect location for us to celebrate a big wedding anniversary with our family. The house is modern and fresh with the most amazing views across the Mediterranean straights to Morocco. As one of our daughters said ‘ I feel as though I’m in a James Bond Film’. An easy fifteen minute drive from the old town we loved being high up and in a beautiful and peaceful hamlet. Lovely salt water swimming pool and huge open plan dining and living area. The kitchen was extremely well kitted out and the house host to interesting art and sculptures. Catherine from Tarifa Houses could not have been more helpful - she put us in touch with an English first class chef for our anniversary dinner and a lovely local Spanish lady who prepared all our other meals in advance to my menu choice and delivered them ready to heat up each night - her puddings were exceptional! It made everything very easy and a real holiday. We had a couple of private yoga sessions on the terrace and everyone enjoyed visiting their GRANJA ESCUELA LOS BARRIOS local farm. Keen kite surfers were catered for at Liam Whaleys - 25 minutes drive away and the hikers amongst the party loved the hike to a local waterfall for swimming. We had a fabulous guided day trip to Tangiers. Could not recommend more highly.
